Hey, what kind of matrix do you have? I've been looking at one for an 01 dodge ram diesel with a standard transmission. Obviously when you park the truck you'd have to leave it in neutral.
yep it is..it's a remote start,turbo timer, security system all in one..it's a matrix by clifford...same company that makes the viper too I believe. But yeah, I love it!!
I have the Viper on my truck, which is a 2002 Dodge 2500 Cummins Diesel and it does the same thing. Works like a charm and I love it. Great for lettin her warm up before I drive on cold mornings. ;)
does it start good in the winter?

so i suppose that the wait time between you pushing the button and the truck actually starting is the grid heater doing its job?

What happens if it doesn't crank on the first time? Press the button again?

actually it will retry up to three times on it's own, and if it's still unsucessful it will shut off and beep...so not to wear down the batteries
