Air: Not so special, kind of boring

Heat: Gives a feeling of paranoia, I like it.

Flash: One of my favourites, such a mysterious feeling and cool sound.

Metal: Alone not so special, but it suits his level like a glove and made it even cooler.

Quick: I HATED his level but the song is cool, maybe the coolest in this game.

Wood: For such a lame robot, his theme was very cool, simple and catchy.

Crash: This is plain cheesy, but it made the level fun to play.

I love Mega Man 2's sound track. I still haven't decided whether 2 or 9 has better music...it's a very close contest.

Anyway, I'd probably rank them Wily > Air > Flash > Wood > Quick > Metal > Bubble > Heat > Boss > Crash, but jeez...it's really hard to say. I like them all. It's not nearly as easy to rank these as it was to rank the Megaman 1-9 boss themes, let me tell you. I just don't know.

Sort of related to your comment: many rappers combine NES 8-bit soundtracks with hip-hop... notably to relate this to Megaman, a dude named Random (often called Random Beats) released two Megaman themed albums called "Mega Ran" and "Mega Ran 9"... also check out YTCracker for some Megaman sampled raps and other old school shiz.

metalman kills wood man with 2 shots and is easiest, woodman kills airman with 3 shots and is easy when u have metalmans gun, use airman against crashman, flashman, quickman, bubbleman, heatman... trapped at heatman though. can't do the disapearing blocks near the end of the level, am using 2 to fly -> and almost make it but it dosen't reach all the way... :(

Really, are there any flat-out bad themes in Mega Man 2? There's some that are a bit underwhelming, but they're all pretty awesome.
