lets face it . kirk was good until he found his precious wah pedal. from 86' to now his only playing pentatonic scales with a lot of WAAAAH. On the other side mustaine is really fast lead guitar. His solos are very complicated, and always the same. Ive never seen a seek and destroy solo from the DM tour that sounds like the last, which is maybe good, but not for me. btw i am not a megadeth fan, infact im a die hard tallica 86-01' fan. When Jason left, they died.

In my opinion, yes. They arent the same anymore. I was in sofia where they played with slayer,thrax and mdeth. And for me, i dont need a monkey that plays bass. Jason was the heart and the sould of tallica as u see here. Just my opnion. I heard some riffs from the upcoming album, and i will expect it, but damn, they are not the same.
