If there's no cargo on the trailer, and the trailer is swaying, do you need to put weights on the front of the trailer so the tongue weight is correct?
@BullToTheShit Make sure the trailer is level first, and then check tire pressure in trailer tires, if it still sways I would say they is is something else wrong!! I have NEVER had to add weight to make the tongue heaver
Trailer sway from cross winds can freak you out. I've experienced it with my pop- up camper from time to time but not to the same degree as in the film.
yeah I'm 17 as well and I've towed a 28ft trailer with a 6200pound boat on it. Really not that bad. The worst is when there's a bump in the road. Because the hugeness of the trailer and weight, it bounces for a bit longer then a car would.
I row a '78 convertible VW with my RV...not fun!

no, it does not cost $500. Is just another program in the computer that works parallel with ESP. I would say it does need a yaw sensor though.

wow...so that's the cheap version of the sway control right?another $500.00 to the trucks price tag and you get the control?
so you get a small blank button on the Dashboard that says sway if you pay the extra $500.00 the stick control on it?

um it still swayed more than i would have been comfortable with. that's why i would never tow somethin unless i was desperate.

I'm 16 and tow a 7x14 ft enclosed trailer behind our 04 ram all of the time. Its not too horribly bad.
