根據中華人民共和國憲法第三章第二節,國家主席是由全國人民代表大會選舉出來的,而全國人大又是由中國各省、各自治區、各直轄市、各特別行政區和軍隊選出的代表組成。而這些代表又是不折不扣的中國人,所以胡說他是由中國人民所選出來的有什麼不對呵呵
