I can really say this is one fine quality product and not cheap one. Sound quality and build is excellent and even tho targeted for turntablists it works very well on standard mixing too. And you can set almost everything to your liking with it. Don't let it go cheap.
One thing to add. If it goes outside UK, it has UK plug however it is very simple to replace and you don't need to be rocket scientist to do so you can even look/ask video from me where I replace one.

No but it does have an effects send/return so you can use an external effect processor (KP3, EFX 500/1000, etc...)

nice vestex is the best.I had one of their mixers . Their crossfaders never leaked on me.
