@dubb1995 Everything about ELO was ahead of their time....truly one of if not the greates bands of all times....the only one that might edge them out is the Beatles but it would be close! I am a huge Beatles/ELO fan if you couldn't tell.....actually it has been said by a lot of people that if the Beatles had stayed together into the 70s and beyond they would have sounded like this....ELO was a continuation of the Beatles in my opinion!

@mrbarleymob I can't argue with you..Jeff Lynne is a genuis as far as I'm concerned! He was way ahead of his time as far as the music he wrote and he does have a tremendous voice..it just blends in with all his music..had he been one of the Beatles there is no telling what kind of legacy they would have left considering the accomplishments they made without him..with him it would have been ridiculous how great they would have been! He deserves to be in the rock and roll hall of fame for sure!

@invasionbrand Jeff wrote much and/or collaborated on most of the Beatles stuff :) Traveling Wilbury's were fun, but I didn't care much for Lynne's solo stuff. They were definitely a catalyst in my life :)

Incredible use of synthesizer/beat box instruments. The Electric Light Orchestra was such an outstanding band. Jeff Lynne is a musical genius! There are few musical writers, composers, and arrangers like Jeff Lynne. ELO is one of my all time favorite bands.

This is ELO in the 1980s alright, nice. All I can say is that this band is so great that it's hard to say which is really the best song, for me I like this a alot. If I had to compare this with another good song from them, Secret Messages would probably be good too.
