And of course the song soundtrack is some of the best music ever once more. Yes, I like my music. I'm a big music fan.

The music adds to it as the keyboards set the different moods. The one thing it's about is the moods and sound effects used. The bassline and the synth score are a different approach to the usual scare sounds. Its purpose is building tension and grab an ominous mood. I say it works for this movie, and would like to see more of it incorporated back into soundtracks, when done right.
