I'll explain. They're in a board game being played by snoop dog. Katy Perry goes in it to save other girls who were trapped in the game by snoop dog (the girl in jello and the one wrapped in plastic.) All the while, they are stopped by snoop dog's minions (gingerbread and gummy bears) and eventually by snoop dog himself. Katy and the other girls beat snoop in the end.

If it IS just a way to show off Katy's assets, then, that's awesome too. =))
