the chinese do a pretty neat job. I don't know about others but my contractor was chinese and he was very good. I know how to do plasterwork myself but couldn't be arsed anymore. Someone recommended this chinese bloke and he did a better job than i ever could. He was very neat and his work site was always clean. He may have not been as fast as some, but he was efficient with designer cornice.
