How long do I cook the damn things? I bought some already marinaded at the Mexican meat market. I can't wait to try them. What do you suggest goes best with them?
@brandondallas Just grill them hot and fast. A couple minutes per side. We made spanish rice and refried beans with them, but I would say anything is really good with these. They're almost like chicken wings, they're sort of good as a finger food like that.
