@SuperBananapeel1- I would agree against a trained fighter, this technique may not be the best idea. However, against Joe Schmoe, a triple kick to the belly would be a very discouraging beginning to a fight.
@SuperBananapeel1 thats not the point its just to prove how badass he is with his kicks if he can do fancy stuff like that think of how effectivly he can use basic but effective techniques
@fhqwgads2 Thank you. I have worked very hard for many years to accomplish this break. Start with 2 mental targets, then2 pads... then 2 boards. Then add a third mental target to start to understand the motion in the air. Perhaps practice in a pool so your body can learn to kick three times before landing. Then work it on the pads and then on boards. Good luck!
That was impressive. I like to watch martial arts vids on YouTube, and I judge the quality of a technique by the number of times I must replay the vid and hit pause to see exactly what just happened. That was fast!
Any advice or recommendations on books to read about mental preparation for a beginner? I'm a 33 y.o. professional athlete: great flexibility, good strength, excellent reaction time, coordination needs work. Where do I start so I can begin to think/move like this?
Really impressive, sir!

But Hynmay, I already have a video of me doing 6 boards! Maybe you should video me doing a 7 board side kick! ;-)

Thanks! I worked hard to get that break, and I don't always get it on the first attempt. But when I do.... it just feels GOOD!
