I love the fact that all these old exploitation films were in the grindhouse style because they were really did have low budgets with b-grade production, and had small audiences.

Now Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodreiguez are making films to look like this low quality style on purpose, and people in this day and age love them!!!

That is the magic of the grindhouse.

The last film ("The Great Hollywood Rape-Slaughter") is actually called "Red Hot Blues" though on IMdB it's listed under "Super Ball" (1974.) I thought it was another Tunnelvision sketch!

I would hang my entire family for an oppurtunity to experience venturing onto the old 42nd street, enter the Harris or better yet, the Anco theater surrounded by pimps, hustlers, junkies, and crazy street people of all varieties to watch a low rent blaxploitation flick like Welcome Home Brother Charles or an Andy Milligan film or The Headless Eyes or Massacre Mafia Style complete with tons of trailers in between the films.

Of course they did. They were black movies and it was acceptible considering the time of the 1960's and 70's.
