@jeffross111 It's called Shrimaan Aashiq and the tune is copied from the Arabic song Didi.  It stars Anupam Kher, Bindu, Rishi Kapoor and Urmila Matondkar. The movie itself is a remake of a yesteryear hit Shagird starring Joy Mukherjee and Saaira Bano.
