Wow, this makes Levithan look bad, and would I be correct if the tunnel after the first drop was inspired by Raging Bull. But great job on this amazing ride.
@AceAviations2 Thanks! The tunnel wasn't really inspired by a specific coaster; I just thought it would be awesome if a gigacoaster's first drop went into an underground tunnel!
Cooliojoe100 thnkz for telling me! but Goliath at SFOG has no MCBR and I think It used trim breaks to regulate it. IDK but I have another Idea by making the Trim Brake Idea but putting one short-but-strong brake piece at the top of the hill so in an emergency the Trim Brakes would slow it down and the top piece would stop it and if released the ride would make the rest of the course.
@IronwolfSFGAm1 The Goliath at SFOG does not use those brakes as a block, only a trim. So I'm pretty sure that only runs two trains at once. It's okay not to have a MCBR if the ride isn't, like, really long. I didn't have one on this coaster; I only used the brakes on the way up the hill as trims, and it works out well.
Wow insane! Love It! Just so you know I'm going to make a Hand-built B&M giga now because you inspired me! But mine won't have a MCBR but will have two trim-brakes but they won't do anything, only regulate block segments. Unless it's E-Stopped, then the e brakes will stop the train on the hill.
@IronwolfSFGAm1 Just FYI, (I didn't get this until I had been making coasters for a long time) if you're going to make a brake segment a block, it should of course be a straight segment, the train should be able to come to a complete stop on it in case of an emergency, and it also should be able to make it through the rest of the layout in the case of an E-stop. I just don't like it when people use trim brakes as blocks just to make it work. BTW, thanks for the feedback! :)
@gigacoasterfan The song is "All I Ever Wanted" by Basshunter. I didn't really think about the fact that it must have been translated, since they, like, speak Swedish... XD
That's the exact name of a GCI coaster I started working on (I already have a woodie called the Annihilator, but this GCI is an improved version). Canada's Wonderland should have gone with this layout for Leviathan. Leviathan actually looks kinda boring to me.
@Sokobansolver Yeah, I didn't even know about your coaster with that name. There are probably lots of NL coasters called Annihilator, or Annihilation. It's not a very creative name... I too am disappointed with the layout of Leviathan. Ah well, at least B&M's first giga isn't at Six Flags! ;D
This should be a real coaster my friend. Great job!

How do you make the tunnels completely black? Mine have white stripes that ruin the effect!?
MattCamMans 1 month ago
@MattCamMans I didn't do anything special to get rid of them. In fact, if you look closely, I think mine has the "white stripes" too.

This is an awesome coaster... Take my two favorite coasters (Millennium Force and Apollo's Chariot) and put them together and you get this... Epic!

How do you use the nosecam (in other words, how do you make it so you can't see the front of car)?
thomasc42 3 months ago
@thomasc42 Just press Q to go into "fly-by view" and then position the camera in front of the car.

Amazing! Way better then Leviathan. Could you tell me what the song is?

@Legosrule11 "All I Ever Wanted" by Basshunter :)

That. Was. Amazing. I am inspired.
