  • I recreated this circuit. The best current draw from 3.8V battery was 16uA (microamp). Pretty impressive, but no cigar. I tried two different coils and up to 16 LEDs. I powered it through a resistor + pot to offset any spikes that could fool my voltmeter. I don't think that I could power a LED blinking (or glowing at higher frequencies) with 16-25uA. The extra energy comes from somewhere. And that somewhere isn't my battery.

  • could you please edit this video to actually make it capable of communicating to people interested in alternative energy systems, but who don't have scientific knowledge.

  • @oc00011 Learn italian you gringo, not all videos have to be in English

  • @KaroKann666 va fangool, how about that. when u go to italy, u learn italian so u can speak there. when u go on the internet, u learn english so u can speak there. if u want to speak in italian online, that's ok. but if its a video that u want to show to as many people as possible, it would be understood by more people if its in english. in a few decades u will be pressed to do this in chinese mandarin. try write gringo in mandarin. i only speak 3 languages, sorry for not knowing fuckin italian.

  • @oc00011 -woooo! I have offended another guy in another language I Know.

plz grow up If you want people take you seriously, you don't come with stuff like that and comments like "in a few decades u will be pressed to do this in chinese mandarin", people really interested in this kind of stuff will learn by themselves all they need to get how do this work. And finally every person have the choise to make their videos in their own language if they want, at least he did a video, nice video

  • @KaroKann666 "people really interested in this kind of stuff will learn by themselves all they need to get how do this work." - i thought u said u Know english?

ur the one who started having a go at me not knowing italian. as it happens, i'd love to learn italian, but not because some clown called me a gringo. i don't go on italian websites & shout "learn english!", i was writing earlier a suggestion for this video to be readable for more people. that's all. ciao bambino.

  • @oc00011 too easy jewish, jus't say "i'm not a gringo, didn't born in U$A" are all of you so agresive all time?, even that word doesn't mean anything to you and your culture so you don't have anything to be angry, unless you belong to the U$A, and I'm tired to see all time people like you asking for making videos in English, that´s my problem.

  • @KaroKann666 ur right, that is UR problem ;)

so u looked up my channel, yeh i'm a jew. irrelevant. it shudn't matter. & what's with the stupid "U$A", all the other countries in the world, including the communist ones, are money hungry too (i assume that's what u mean by the dollar sign). & by the way, mister "i Know english", its "i wasn't born in USA" not "didn't born". & no, "all of us" aren't aggressive all the time. all jews are Very different from each other. antisemite prick.

  • @oc00011 didn't have to look in your account, you have in your account picture a blue star of david, apears on every message, only jewish use that thing. and the simply fact you aswer my messages tell me verry much about your interest in defend yourself, calm down is just a message in youtube.... anybody cares.

  • @KaroKann666 the correct english is "nobody cares"

  • Um, excuse me, last commenter, but you don't know what you're talking about. A TPU, by definition, MUST have a toroid... because TPU stands for "Toroidal Power Unit"!!!

You're probably thinking "Tesla" or something, but that's NOT what TPU really means.

  • It's not exactly a TPU. A TPU has no toroid, just shaped like a toroid, this looks like a modified Joule Thief. Uses the 4700uF cap to feed back to the toroid to run the LED, the excess energy from the toroid feeds back to the 4700uF cap and so on.

Not a bad circuit though, might have something if the LED was on constantly instead of flashing.

  • funny i thought; but may be wrong, that those breadboard power strips (7 up) were separate and not interconnected.

  • is very good your explication but you have an model for energy 110v ac please posted more TPU

  • Post a video, where the device will be flashing 9 minutes after power supply breaking.

Now it seems as only an efect of the big capacitor and very low current needed for flashing LED...

My radio-receiver from 1950 is free energy too, after power breaking it play several sekund still :)
