I don't get addicted by playing civ4, that's because I know it would be very addictive. You see the logic right? Well, yea, I used to play civilization 2 (both original version and the expansion:test of time), and that totally deteriorated my health and my habits. That is why I just dare NOT to play civ4 that way.

fyi, if u r addicted in playing civ, u will likely lose your sleep, and the high intensity will make u exhausted and unable to do anything else.

So if u r weak alrdy DON"T touch it!

Civilization IV is a very worthwhile game. I know how easily hooked players can become, it's because people know nothing about control that's all. I've seen better games and I don't get addicted.
