Faith/Quinn - Somewhere Only We Know (AU Crossover)

I like your video, but I'm really not sure about comparing Faith to Quinn in any way. Quinn was lost momentarily, and was never truly like that in her heart. It wasn't her innate personality. Faith found her redemption, but her innate personality always bordered on the dangerous. Even as a savior. Again...not criticizing. I think you did a great job on the video. I'm just a bit lost on the comparison.

@LilysJackofHearts Hey, no I don't think they're incredibly similar characters except in the way they both hide their pain by acting out. Exactly like you said, Faith is a much darker character, I feel like she'd just say quit what you're doing now, you don't wanna go down the same road I did. Cause it's my AU-verse so Quinn is a little more hardcore lol. Also without the support background she has in canon. But as for comparing them, no didn't mean it to come across that way.

Thanks guys! Yeah I'm not too big on crossovers myself but I think F/Q makes me think they would be good friends & I'm not really excited bout her friendship with Nadira in the comics. @mangalori Haha awkward staring contest I'm sorry!! Did Faith win though :P No I get what you mean, I got some of the manips down & was all happy then realised these shows aren't the easiest for mashing. I think the story I was going for would come over better in a fic.

I'm not usually one for crossovers but this was really cool and very well done. I liked that you used Quinn when she had a punky look going on (though I haven't seen that episode). It would have been cool if you included a flashback of the bringers killing her family to get across why she might seem angst ridden. It would also have given the vid more credibility in the buffyverse. But sweet vid all the same. :)

I adore this storyline and second the fact that it should be fanfic-ed. I'd read it in a heart beat. These manips are so good, it actually looks like they shared scenes. LOVED IT

You picked two characters here that don't get a lot of screentime in either of their series. That's very brave of you but also very hard...

Maybe you should go for Buffy and Rachel lol. They get all the screentime in these series.

I think you did a great job with the editing here. You really made it seem that they were in the same scene sometimes but...

Maybe It's because I'm not all that sweet on crossovers. But you overused the "I'm Faith and I'm Quinn. And we're looking each other." a bit and it ended up feeling like an awkward staring contest.

I'm sorry for being so negative. I really do love all your vids. And this one is technically good but maybe you should just try finding 2 series more suited for crossover?

great video...idk how i feel abt Quinn/Faith...love the song went great with the vid! but i can see Faith helping her if she was a slayer lol...seeing Quinn in this way kinda reminds me of The Fray in season 8...great job cant wait to see the next one :)
