Hey guys I hadn't worked out for two years and was just having a terrible time getting back on the horse. Well in my lazing about surfing online, i stumbled on to your videos. It inspired me , I wrote down the 4 minute home workout upper body workout. It's been 7 weeks now and my upper body is literally huge and solid. The exercises are so effective I can feel my muscles growing while, im resting. So effective I have to lay off doing them, cuz my muscles wrestle for position as they grow! THX!
I am a new comer to subscribing but bring them back. They are extremely helpful and show real workouts. If you think they are skimming then maybe you should work out more or eat healthier the way they say you should.
Bring it back! It really helps me get in shape for the soccer season. Of course I dont do all the lifting but your little drills really helps me build muscles so I'm not being pushed around too much

I'M 15, I HAVE BEEN ATHLETIC FOR 3 YEARS!!! I HAVE ALWAYS HAD MUSCELS, BUT I HAVE HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY ABBS, THEY WER VISIBLE, BUT JUST BARELY. THIS SHOW HAS GIVEN ME AN 8 PACK, AND I HAVE EASILY BEEN ABLE TO SAY NO TE STEROIDS WITH OUT THINKING TWICE ABOUT IT (not that i have done it before, but i have been offered as a help) AND THIS SHOW, HELPED ME AND MY LIFE.
I tried doing squats and it felt wrong, my form was shit. I saw Mike do it and explain that you have to move your butt back not down and it totally changed my perspecttive. such a simple tip. Glad you're back.

sixpackshortcut help me in so many ways. i never had a workout plan, i just walk into the gym and just lift, push, etc but sixpackshortcut showed me workout plans and i see a huge improvement in my workout. seeing them gone is a huge mistake, i hope any youtube employee or higher-ups can see thousands of comments that wish sixpackshortcut can come back. thank you.

Youtube is crazy. these guys are awesome! I was doing all the wrong things and expected to have a bulky body. I was so wrong. and these guys came along and fed me with right information. I put on about 20 pure muscle pounds since I watched videos posted by them. They are awesome. and They are giving us a good information. They need to make a living too. Don't blame them cuz they want to make money!! cuz information you get from these guys are good. they give that to us for free!!
i never know when something is a scam and i didnt really need to work out but it seemed like these guys had great workouts that i tried.. and they left me out of breath.. more importantly, their nutritional chats are pretty much spot on and factual

Youtube! I'm sorry but I disagree with you completely!! Mike & his videos have been a great help to me! I have been training for years and never felt that I found a manageable workout until I found sixpackshortcuts. The workout are perfact and they seem to work! So why stop it??!
Mike, I can sincerely say u've helped me out a lot. I no longer need to go to the gym as I can & do these workouts in my garage. Keep up the great work.

You guys are back!! Thank god. Thanks guys for helping me change my diet, eat healthier, get ripped easier, do the right workouts, and spend ALOT less money on worthless products to get more ripped. And its only been about a month, but the definition of my muscles and stomach has vastly improved. Im close to getting the 6 pack ive never, EVER had!! Cant wait man, almost there...thanks again.

First of all you clearly haven't bought the book so how do you know it doesn't work? (personally if the book does work, $100 isn't much money to spend on trying to get healthy. Do you know how much it costs to hire a personal trainer?)
Secondly, nobody is forcing you to buy anything. If you don't want it, don't buy it!
Finally It just sounds like your an overweight bum who tried to get fit by watching these videos but then gave up and your now taking it out on the program.

But yes Ive read enough retarded ebooks from snake oil salesman to know the information they provide is what anyone can find out by googling shit anyway and everything else is trying to pull on the emotional strings of unhealthier people. all youtube has to do is look at all the websites dedicated to finding and warning you about scams, If you look on any of those you can see that the all RECOMEND Sixpackshortcuts and tell you that it is NOT A SCAM, HIS WORKOUTS AND VIDEOS AND SO ON REALLY DO HELP! AND if it was a scam why would he give most of his workout routines and so on out for free on youtube? when you pay for sixpackshortcuts your paying really just to help him keep it up and running and for personal workouts and help

With over 24 million views and 100,000 subscribers you'd think that would warrant a personal call to Mike & Dan to be sure what you were thinking was correct OR if they were doing something that did not line up with YOUTUBE policy ask them to adapt their program and give them time to do it. I'M 15, I HAVE BEEN ATHLETIC FOR 3 YEARS!!! I HAVE ALWAYS HAD MUSCELS, BUT I HAVE HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY ABBS, THEY WER VISIBLE, BUT JUST BARELY. I tried doing squats and it felt wrong, my form was shit. I saw Mike do it and explain that you have to move your butt back not down and it totally changed my perspecttive. such a simple tip. Glad you're back.

I had no confidence in myself and wasn't looking after myself at all and thanks to sixpackshortcuts in America, I could do great fitness workouts in bonny Scotland. Now I have bundles of cofidence and look after my body on a regular bases.
Not only has sixpackshortcuts help my fitness progress but has also helo my confidence.
How could to take off the account?! It's just wrong!

sixpackshortcut help me in so many ways. i never had a workout plan, i just walk into the gym and just lift, push, etc but sixpackshortcut showed me workout plans and i see a huge improvement in my workout. seeing them gone is a huge mistake, i hope any youtube employee or higher-ups can see thousands of comments that wish sixpackshortcut can come back. thank you.

Youtube is crazy. these guys are awesome! I was doing all the wrong things and expected to have a bulky body. I was so wrong. and these guys came along and fed me with right information. I put on about 20 pure muscle pounds since I watched videos posted by them. They are awesome. and They are giving us a good information. They need to make a living too. Don't blame them cuz they want to make money!! cuz information you get from these guys are good. they give that to us for free!!
