  • where do you get those pants?????

  • when are you coming to Jersey?????????

i would LOVE to train with you.

  • You champ, you've opened a barrier for me, I had this mental block of fear stopping me from attempting to learn these things, now that I have the basic step by steps, I'm free to progress. great video

  • I do the aerial with bent knees.. I haven't tried the other way to sideflip though.

  • I respect this way of learning a side flip but i do my aerials to my left and my sidedlips to my right and if I try it the other way around it feals compleatly unnatural. :D I love your vids. I learned so much from you.

  • @3runfun dude I'm the same way

  • haha this is so awesome :D

You teach like 5 different moves in progession to one, and they're all really helpful.

Amazed at how clean all your movement is, and this is old footage!!

Very Good Job! Well done :)

  • What did your class think of this presentation? Bet they thought it was amazing :D

  • @Nonegravity1 the lift and push concept isnt just meant to work for sideflip and he said it works well with arial to so LISTEN.......

  • I watch this everyday! Inspiring!! You mean alot to me. Positivity is the key man ! XDD

  • Epic, I wish to train with you 1 day:)

  • i remember you used to always wear those pants in your videos :p is that kindof creepy?

  • please add me as contact,i wanna request you a tutorial

    pleaseeeeeee

  • Sorry if this sounds rude but... I kinda want to know how old you were then... no need to answer.

Also... why did you do the demo in a classroom? Wouldn't have been better if you did it outside on an oval or something?

  • I have to say you have helped me get alot better at understanding things in parkour, like how to do certain moves and getting a better view on how to do them!!:) so i just wanted to say think you for breaking the moves down into steps it really helps!!!:):)

  • Loved the speech!

the only doubt i 've is.. should start of on the hard surface.. or practice on a soft surface.. n then move on to the harder one??

  • @bboyneon92 Yes!! Please on soft surfaces first. This is how I do it 1) Trampoline 2)Mattress 3) Grass 4) Concrete. Breaking it down little by little just like the video said. You'll be a lot more comortable starting on soft surfaces and much easier. Plus you'll save yourself the injuries. If you do this you'll soon be able to master this trick. Then Sideflip over objects and people...^_^ Hope I helped and good luck to your training

  • @DragonWarrior7771 U sure did help! stayin positive... ;)

  • How do you do the thing at 9:04? And how did you start to learn this stuff? I really want to learn haha

  • i could probly do a side flip but im scared to face plant and it pisses me off

  • if you came to see something go to 7:18

  • What martial arts did you start with? I really like the type of kicks that you do when tricking in the gym.

  • you make it looks so easy

  • can you make please a tutorial for me?

    message me on private pleaseee

  • You . Are. Truly. Inspirational. :)

  • This work actually more in a arial. Just my opinion.

  • Cork & back 360 F*CKING AMAZING

  • Man if there was ever a teacher like epic, everyone would do good and the main thing is everyone would be postive

  • epic!!! if you are doing more of these can you please come to my high school!!! it would be epic, no pun intended

  • dude your cork looks SO AMAZING

  • now every one there is going to be running around doing side flips LOL And Thanks The excuse part gave me more will to get out there and try that back flip!

  • I never realized you twist right-side like me. Hell yeah!

  • thumbs up if u think this is the best sideflip tut in the world

  • i shud try the aerial to the tuck part

  • @epic1 what did you study at college?

  • I cant do a butterfly kick very well and i cant yet do an ariel, but side flips are easy. I like the lift and push concept but i dont believe it's necessary to ask people to learn moves that arent really relavent to learning the side flip. You are a great speaker though and i love your tutorials, they've helped me a lot. hope i can meet you someday. peace

  • so how much would it cost to take that class, cuz i would love to major in it

  • back there you where positive :) and even now you are positive! you're a good person!

  • Very nice sideflip at the end mate. :)

  • i would so much go to this clases if i wouldnt be from argentina... dam science still doesnt descover how to teleport :/

  • Nice just perfect! And I like that sideflip at the end haha

  • COOL !!!

  • "Its whatever comfortable to you" <------- This is what people needs to hear. :D

Love the speech bro! Great job!

  • do your knees still hurt when ur freerunning?

  • I was waiting for him to say "you at the front, your turn"

  • "bla bla bla and so on bla bla *full Twist*..like that, bla bla.."

  • Blocking... I think that would be more effective technique

  • This is a really good tutorial, there are things i never thought about before thanks man <3

  • bhahaha! do this in Malaysia pleaseeee!!!

  • sack packin cork mackin

  • Awesome speech, you make it look so easy and showed gradual progression....you make me want to try this stuff.!

  • I really liked this video and I miss those pants you always used to wear...what happened to them? I loved them so much that I made a pair very similar to those.

  • you didn't say "stay positive"? whoa, totally different person!

  • @2s2bs replay it again and listen for like the last 20 seconds ;)

  • 2:47 I am learning a butterfly kick in karate right now because I thought it would be fun to learn, just for the hell of it. Although my Shihan thought it was pointless. haha.

  • @Chickofmanywonders heh...pointless. I don't think so. If you want to do it... then do so. Its actually quite a fun move so it doesnt really matter what anyone else thinks.

  • @DragonWarrior7771 oh I already know that, that is why I am learning it. He teaches me a Japanese/American mix, so he does teach me how to make fighting look "pretty" but he also teaches me to street fight, butterfly kicks, not so useful in a street fight. That's why. :)

  • I see you as becoming a freerunning/tricking/parkour instructor in the future ^_^

  • @sonic1221992 He already is one =)

  • tehehe I was there. :D

  • wow ..public speaking for a sideflip 10 minutes???? increadible..nice

  • You outta breath epic? :)

  • It would have been hilarious if the person after you was going to teach a cartwheel...

  • Are you jeesus? 8U

  • that shirt does not match that pants, you are not looking fabulous in this, cool anyway

  • U caveman hahaha...

  • LOL communcation studies =]

  • I was legit sitting in Public Speaking today thinking I would do a side flip demonstration for my speech and then I see this. Motivation to do it now lol =D

  • why don't you do these more often?

  • @ibakedthecake I will soon, i'm dealing with a lot of financial issues at the moment but when things smooth out... i will be using all my free time for thing like this. =)) ESPECIALLY when the weather gets better

  • @Epic1 are you a youtube partner??

  • Lol they must have been so jealous.

  • Very unorthodox public speaking speech, but oh so awesome.

  • i wish i were in that class ;)

  • Taki dziwny ten said :) Masz takiego fulla a saida tak słabo ogarniasz :)

  • :)

  • So my friend posted a random "worlds best parkour/freeruning/ etc." video on my wall, and i legit just waited to see footage of you, and you bet your bottom that I did xD
