I loved this movie and this video is great. I enjoyed kristen as Bella in Twighlight, but it is in the Runaways that she truly shows her acting chops. She's just phenomenal as the legendary, lovable bad ass Joan Jett and gives a truly Oscar worthy performance. I hope she gets to do many more movies like that. Great video, thanks!

Kristen does a great Joan Jett. I hate the Twilight movies but the casting for this movie was spot on. I actually saw an old JJ vid of her doing Crimson and Clover and Joan was absolutely stunning back then. BTW, Kristen does actually sing in this movie, this version is slightly different than the original.

I would like to actually hear Kristen sing this song. I know she can sing. I read a Joan Jett interview where Joan Jett herself said that Kristen can sing just like her. She said that she asked the producers to send her a copy of Kristen singing. When Joan listened to Kristen, she thought the producers had sent her a recording of her own voice. She told them that she asked to hear Kristen sing, not herself. When they told her it WAS Kristen, Joan was amazed at how much Kristen sounded like her.

i;ve been listening to the runaways for manyr years now!!!! i've watched Joan Jetts voice go from a softer teenage/young adult Joan to this- this is what it sounds like now!!!!
