I like the mixture of mental/physical.
They should have had all 7 players do the course at the same time, (and if need be, make course wider).
That would have made the game more interesting and exciting to watch.

A kilo is roughly a hair under 2 1/4 lbs, by the way. Allister had almost 20 lbs on his back.
