Through ALL GENERATIONS,they shall call me Blessed-Mary. If it weren't for the Catholic Church alone our Beautiful Mother would have been forgotten along time ago! That alone should cause skeptics to pause about the claim the CATHOLIC CHURCH claims:We are THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST!
we can see that the RCC diverted from gospel of jesus.. the RCC has created a mountain of false theology that is so big that the even the church cant deny.. now how sad is that,,,
catholics have been spoon fed a lie, they beleive that mary a simple jewish girl has become co equal with jesus able to save to give grace to answer prayers... this is all a fabrication a lie .. only jesus is the way the truth and the life... mary cant save you.. Jesus died for you.. jesus is our mediator and no one else
@TheJazuma bullshit.. yikes.. one speaks as though he is an expert on bible exergesis.. seriously... if you must know the early church allready had the scripture you clown - so did the jews as well... opps forgot that didnt you
@MrLoudmouthspeaker you obviously don't know what the "gospel" or the early church means. the gospel is the NT, the early church is the Catholic Church, oops maybe you need to shut up?
@TheJazuma no it doesnt... Jesus and his disciples lived the sciptures they walk and talked with Jesus.. they litteraly saw first hand.. what they saw was written down...oral scripture came first....evens pauls letters were scripture tell me how?
@TheJazuma oo scary.. so tell me did the jews have to wait for the approval for the old testement.... obviously not... wake up... the old testement was a complete book. the first believers had scripture... your catholic church came along long later..
@MrLoudmouthspeaker non sequitur. old testament is not "a complete book" it's a collection of BOOKs, i.e. Pentateuch, psalms, acts, proverbs, kings 1&2, etc. The Virgin Mary was the world's first Christian, she also happens to be Catholic. Catholic means Universal. Your sola scriptura attempt at being a Frankenstein monster is most amusing.
@TheJazuma one thinks you dont know alot about your subject, you are more like a parrot repeating what he was been told to say.. firstly the old testement is a collection of books which have put together as a completed book..der.. just think the jews did this without the RCC... secondly mary was born jewish... the roman catholic church offically came much later.. you cant back date LOL..
@TheJazuma proving you case... you believe that your church gave us the bible and that the catholic is correct... both false... we know the old testement was in circulation before the RCC,,,
@MrLoudmouthspeaker you are clearly begging the question whilst pleading ignorance to my initial comment. you are just a "loud mouth" lol. NT was comprised of testimonies by Christianized Jews & Greeks. The Early Church aka RCC decided which books to include in the NT to form the gospel. Naturally not all acts committed by God in the form of Jesus was all written down. From thence one would conclude that your congregation is false since all you have is the 16th century stuff.
@TheJazuma you say one thing but mean another -i have told you that the early beleivers that walked with jesus allready had the oral scripture... which was later written down - the RCC only confirmed what they allready had.
@MrLoudmouthspeaker underground catholic churches existed in ancient roman times and none of them were in any way similar to post 16th century interpretations...
@MrLoudmouthspeaker do you know that wedding rings are also pagan? the RCC did not adopt any pagan tradition at all lol. If you think they have you should prove it. Prove that the RCC has direct correlation to the Pagan custom in question, if not and all you have are similarities then it doesn't prove your point at all.
@MrLoudmouthspeaker what's wrong with that? before you get baptized, is your body not a pagan temple? It's simple, they get converted into Catholic places of worship. i.e. the former cordoba mosque, is now a catholic cathedral. places get converted all the time. It's like houses, you move from house to house until you find the right one to live in.
@TheJazuma how did the catholic church 'clean" the pagan temples... did they use dead bodies of the saints... did they use relics to purifiy the pagan temples
@MrLoudmouthspeaker they removed pagan "things" in the place of worship and added Catholic elements to it and they would bless it,etc ...I really don't see where you are getting at here?
@TheJazuma oh ok.. so.. what are you saying then exaclty... the roman catholic church adopted pagan tradtions beliefs and practices and used them in your church today?
@MrLoudmouthspeaker which "pagan traditions/beliefs" are you referring to? btw, the early Christians were "catholic", catholic is greek for "universal". Roman Catholic refers to the Bishop of Rome. There were 5 patriarchates: Rome, Constantinople, Alexandria, Antioch, and Jerusalem.
@TheJazuma false beliefs.. lets look at the supposed assumption of mary for starters or purgatory...or praying for people in purgatory... thats a few just for starters
Nobody, even CHRIST, is born without a Mother. That's the way GOD wants it. That's the way GOD made it. That's why Mary, and the Church, is/are absolutely essential to us as was Eve in the first place.
We all need a Mother. CHRIST gave us HIS own Mother to also be our Mother at the foot of the Cross.
JESUS CHRIST IS A MEDIATOR BETWEEN US AND GOD THE FATHER AND ST MARY IS MEDIATOR BETWEEN US AND HER SON-CHRIST CONFIRMED BY VISIONARIES FOR 2000 YEARS.
GOD WANTS FAMILY NOT ROBOTS AND ALLOWS ST MARY AND ALL SAINTS AND ANGELS to HELP US!
SHE IS OUR MOTHER IN CHRIST AND BLESSED BY ALL GENERATIONS
"And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ." Rev. 12:1-17 -LADY OF GUADALUPE
"And John answered him, saying, Master, we saw one casting out devils in thy name, and he followeth not us: and we forbad him, because he followeth not us.
But Jesus said: Do not forbid him. For there is no man that doth a miracle in my name, and can soon speak ill of me." Mark 9:38-39
let us stop attacking one another becaues we are in different Christian groups
@182RG - Matthew 27:53 - correctly translated states: "And those whose minds were opened came out after his resurrection, and went into the hoy city, and appeared to many" -
Your ignorant and foolish interpreters and translators who you place your faith and trust in have totally decieved you into believing a LIE!! Time to wake up brother/sister!!
@182RG - Matthew 27:52-53 was traditionally translated with the word "grave" from greek word "mnaomai" Strong's Greek Dictionary #3415 - shows the word to be correctly translated as "minds" or "those whose minds were opened" / The greek word "somata" was originally written with the word "bodies" per Thayers Greek Dictionary, pg. 611 shows this word to be correctly translated as: "Congregations" thus, the verse should read: The congregations of Saints were were called of Yahweh arose"
@jomat4678 Psalm 132:8 - Arise, O Lord, and go to thy resting place, thou and the Ark (Mary) of thy might. Both Jesus and Mary were taken up to their eternal resting place in heaven.
Rev. 12:1 - we see Mary, the "woman," clothed with the sun. While in Rev. 6:9 we only see the souls of the martyrs in heaven, in Rev. 12:1 we see Mary, both body and soul.
@jomat4678 About Matthew 27:52-53 which Greek Ms are you using to try to prove your case? "καὶ τὰ μνημεῖα ἀνεῴχθησαν καὶ πολλὰ σώματα τῶν κεκοιμημένων ἁγίων ἠγέρθη, καὶ ἐξελθόντες ἐκ τῶν μνημείων, μετὰ τὴν ἔγερσιν αὐτοῦ εἰσῆλθον εἰς τὴν ἁγίαν πόλιν καὶ ἐνεφανίσθησαν πολλοῖς." This is the version the Greek Orthodox church uses(the original Greek lexicon) and it's translation is much closer to 182RG then you.
you are a part of spreading and teaching a great deception since the "early church" really has no authority to declare that "mary" ascended into heaven. Otherwise, the scriptures would be clear on that. Your story is full of holes when compared to the scriptures and "Mary" is actually Lucifer in disguise seeking worship for herself.
NO scripture anywhere that states the mother of the Messiah died and ascended into heaven. She is pretty dead at this time. So, who is the one who claims to be making all these appearances? even to shepherd children in Fatima? II Thessalonians 1:6-9
@jomat4678 The early church acknowledged Mary accended into heaven after death. This was never contested up to about 200 years ago, even the "great protestant reformers" confess this.
Do you believe Matt 27 v5-53 "...and the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints who had fallen asleep were raised..."? Wouldn't the pure vessel that housed Jesus be as worthy of heaven?
And BTW, Mary did not "ascend" into heaven. She was assumed (taken) by the power of God. Jesus alone ascended (by His own power).
Read The Passing of the Virgin c300AD, & The Falling Asleep of Mary by John the Theologin 400AD or Transitus Mariae stories c250 AD.
What is the world system? There is a system in the world that is run by Satan. It is a sinful system Demons work in that system. That system basically operates by demonic power through human agencies. So Satan diverts that from the true God 2 an endless array of false belief systems of which he is the author & all of them. 99% are false systems Satan knows about that god-consciousness Misconception that Satan doesn't teach Love or oneness etc; Satan will uses any & all tools to mislead people away
From Bishop Liguoris' "The Glories of Mary", APPROVED by the vatican! "She (Mary) is . . . the only hope of sinners: (p. 69),"We will be heard and saved sooner by going to Mary, and invoking her holy name, than that of Jesus our Savior. We will find salvation sooner going to the mother than going to the Son" (p. 82),"Many things asked of God and not received are asked and received from Mary (p. 82). All obey the precepts of Mary, even God" (p. 115). ALL CATHOLIC LIES!
@mpenaco Is not obeying the commandments of God exactly what Mary did and is it not how Christ praised Her. "Blessed rather those who hear the word of God and keep it." Mary is our example even if you chose to reject it. You misunderstand Scriptures because you do not have the wisdom of the Church behind it. I have given you all the proofs I can, I have done my job, now it's between you and God. I shall pray for you brother in Christ. Peace be with you. Hail Mary
@MilitiaofImmaculata Mary obeyed God's will and for that, she belongs to God's Kingdom. Shall we follow her example? Yes, of course. Can we call her spirit for help in our prayers? No we cannot according to God's comandment not to use any medium in our prayers to Him.
@mpenaco This is where Solomon and Bethsheba come into play. "Ask what you will, I will refuse you nothing" A meadiator to the meadiator. Christ Himself placed Her between Himself and mankind. Indeed He is our meadiator to the Father. Mary's meadiation is suboridinant to Christs. Mary ALWAYS points to God not Herself!
@MilitiaofImmaculata But how can a dead person mediate? I just gave you the statement from Paul that all who are Christ's will be resurrected at his coming. Is Mary in Christ? Of course she is and she, together with all who are in Christ, will be awakened at Christ's return. I do not know why you keep disregarding this clear teaching of Scripture.
@mpenaco Kolbe wrote in honoring Mary we worship the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is Her inseperable Spouse, Eternal. He became fruitful through her and her alone. He would never leave her after becoming fruitful through her that would be like divorce. Eternal bond forever fruitful, not because the Holy Spirit needs her but because he chose her, God chose Mary period. So when we honor Mary we are giving honor to Her Spouse whom she is one with!
@MilitiaofImmaculata The way to worship the Holy Spirit is to obey the commandments of God - to love God with all our heart, mind and soul and to love our neighbor as ourselves. Honoring Mary is never a way to worship the Holy Spirit.
@mpenaco Actually Christ is pointing to what makes His Mother Holy and calls us all to be like Her. She was the first to Obey God's commandments and Christ is calling us all to become like His very Mother. Woman is what Adam called Eve. It is clear that is what Christ is identifying Her as Eve. As well as in Revelation and Paul. Woman=Eve=Mother of all the Living. Mary's spouse the Holy Spirit produced the Head and the Church through her and her alone!
@mpenaco She was the first to watch Christ grow up. For She kept all these "mysteries" and pondered them in her heart. So in taking her as our Mother and giving ourselves over to Her she teaches us how to be more like Christ. So that Christ may take fruit in our soul to the fullness of His age. To Christ through Mary. Why? Because that's the way He came to us. And He himself put Her there between Himself and mankind "Behold your Mother."
@mpenaco I have told you that yes Mary did need a Savior and the fruits of Christ Sacrifice was applied at Her conception. I have proved she is the New Eve and the Ark of the New Covenant. Christ submitted himself to Her we are called to do the same. Solomon bowed to Bethsheba and sat her at His right hand. That is a type of Our Lord and Our Lady. Mary is part of our salvation weither one accepts it or rejects it is up to them personally. But I will do as Christ did honor my Father and Mother!
@MilitiaofImmaculata What is your Scripture reference for saying that the fruits of Christ's sacrifice was applied at Mary's conception? Because if that is in the Bible, then it makes David and Paul big liars for proclaiming that "all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" and "in sin my mother conceived me".
@mpenaco and no it is in Scripture that Mary is the Ark of the New Covenant. Read when David had the Ark of the Old Covenant brought to him then read Mary's visit to Elizabeth. David said how is that the Ark of my Lord come to me, Elizabeth says to Mary how is it the Mother of my Lord should come to me. David danced for joy, John the baptist leapt in his Mother womb. David stayed 3 months. Mary stayed 3 months.
@mpenaco No that is a lie on your part. Mary is indeed in the Bible I have given you proofs that you choose to ignore. Genesis, King Solomon and how he honored his Mother, The burning bush and the locked door. The woman in Revelation. From begining to the end she is there. I have 2000 years of prayer and wisdom of the Chruch Fathers all the way up to Peter to back me up. I don't give my personal opinions. Mary is every where in Scripture! HAIL MARY!
@MilitiaofImmaculata Mary died and is asleep until Christ returns to resurrect her. That is the plain truth of Scripture. Calling Mary in your prayers before Christ's coming is a useless exercise.
@mpenaco In Genesis 3:15 "I will put ENMITY between you and the WOMAN, and between your seed and HER SEED. It is right there in front of our faces. God put complete Enmity between not just Her Seed but the Woman HERSELF. One cannot be a slave to sin and at the same time be an enemy to it. Scipture as a whole remember. God tells us right here His promise of salvation and how it would come about. Mary indeed was sinless!
@mpenaco She is the New Eve the sign spoken by Isaiah, and in Revelation and spoken by Paul in Galatian 4:4 "But when the time had fully come, God sent forth his Son, born of "woman"....Christ more than once called Her "woman" at Cana and then at the foot of the Cross. New Eve, Mother of all the living. Just as the first Adam and Eve were sinless before the fall, tempted and fell, So the second Adam and Eve were sinless tempted and won crushing the head of the serpent!
@MilitiaofImmaculata Mary was foretold by the prophets as the virgin with child. Nothing more. No one saw her as the "New Eve". That's an invention of the Catholic church. Born of a woman does not mean "New Eve" at all, let alone "Mother of all the living." Your church is giving too much honor to Mary that even Jesus himself never gave.
@mpenaco It has been said by great saints such as Kolbe, and DeMontfort that if one does not have Mary as His Mother they will not have Christ as there brother, you should be careful what you call heresy and instead study and pray. Your goal seems to be to spread hate and opinions. Total opposite of the message of Christ's Gospel message. Mary and Jesus go together. She is the channel God chose to come to us, She is the channel we must go back to him...
@MilitiaofImmaculata Well, Kolbe and DeMontfort were obviously wrong because Scripture clearly proclaims who Jesus recognizes to be his mother: THOSE WHO OBEY GOD'S COMMANDMENTS. Mary is never a factor in our relationship to Christ but our obedience to God's commands is the sole determinant. By giving honor to Mary, you rob God and Jesus of their rightful glory. Many of your saints magnify Mary, not God.
@mpenaco I have told you many times and you seem to skip the part where I tell you we don't worship Mary and we don't treat Her as a god! We honor Her as Christ did. He submitted Himself to Her for 30 year of His life. He asked Her to be His Mother. He honored Her and raised Her up into His Glory. Together with Her Spouse the Holy Spirit they bring all men in unity with God. God was the first to give Himself to Her We are called to imitate Him in all things....
@mpenaco Simple theology will tell you Mary is the Ark of the New Covenant. Pure as gold. What was in the Old Ark? The manna from the desert, the rod of Aaron and the tablets, Gods Law. What did Mary carry in her womb. Christ the Living Bread come down from heaven, He is the Eternal High Priest, And the fulfillment of Gods law, he is the living Word of God. When someone other than a priest touched the Ark they fell dead because of its purity and what it contained....
@MilitiaofImmaculata That is Catholic theology you are talking about, not Biblical theology. Your theology tries to make an analogy between the Ark of the Covenant and Mary being the mother of Jesus. Unfortunately for you, the Bible doesn't make such a connection. Catholic theology tries to build Mary into what I call "6 steps to divinity" by promoting her as:
@mpenaco I have told you before we don't worship Mary. We honor Her as Christ did and call us to do "Behold your Mother" We imitate God Himself. The Holy Spirit said through Elizabeth "Blessed are you among women" and "Blessed is the fruit of you womb." Blessed is she who believed." "How is it granted me that the Mother of my Lord should come to me." The Holy Spirit himself gave witness to the Honor due to His Eternal Spouse! Hail Mary
@MilitiaofImmaculata We honor our parents but we do not treat them as if they are gods. As I said, Mary was human and not exempt from the scourge of sin. Your church claims to be apostolic but you disregard the teachings of the apostles and the prophets. Where Paul says "all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" you proclaim Mary as sinless. Where David says "in sin my mother conceived me", you teach that Mary was immaculate. Where Paul teaches that we all will be resurrected at...
@MilitiaofImmaculata ... Christ's coming, you promote the heresy that Mary was already resurrected by Jesus. Is that what you call apostolic? Your church must be following a different apostle, not among those picked by Christ.
@MilitiaofImmaculata You are told to, though. "For to be right and good, worship of the Mother of God ought to spring from the heart; acts of the body have here neither utility nor value if the acts of the soul have no part in them" ENCYCLICAL OF POPE PIUS X ON THE IMMACULATE CONCEPTION Given at Rome in St. Peter's on the second day of February, 1904, in the first year of Our Pontificate.
@mpenaco As far as John seeing Mary in Rev does point to the fact Christ raised Her. She is the Ark of the New Covenant. The "Woman" in Rev is Mary for she give birth to a child who rules with and iron rod Christ. The New Eve Queen Mother of mankind. Repent and follow the Church that Christ founded the Catholic Church is the only Church that has the complete truth. Stop following personal opinions and follow God's Church
@MilitiaofImmaculata Why isnt mary's NAME mentioned in rev? The woman in revelation is a picture of the Israelite nation as shown in Gen37:9,10 with the sun representing Jacob, the moon his wife Rachel, and the 12 stars representing the tribes of Israel. Christ was born of Israel. The Israelite nation is often referred to as a woman in Isaiah54:5 and Jeremiah31:32.This woman cannot be mary because the woman IS ON EARTH DURING THE TRIBULATION, whereas mary's spirit is in heaven at that time.
@MilitiaofImmaculata The claim of the RCC as the only (infallible) & true church is blatantly falacious. In 1986 in Assisi Italy,Pope J,Paul II gathered the world's religious leaders to pray for 'world peace'.There were snake worshipers, animists, buddhists, hindus, muslims, north american witch doctors, fire worshipers, presbytarians, methodists etc, pope said THEY WERE ALL PRAYING TO THE SAME GOD!! Also homosexualism, lesbianism, pedophilia etc holds sway in the enclaves of an infal. church!
@mpenaco No you have yet again skipped over the facts that I give you. I told you the Old Testament types of Mary's Virginity. The burning bush that was on fire but not consumed, Christ coming through the door without touching it. These point to the untouched virginity of Mary. And Scott Hahn's book is based on Scripture not his opinion it's inline with the teachings of the Church. Hail Mary!
@mpenaco If you want to understand Rev better get the book the Lambs Supper by Scott Hahn. At least read it. I am pretty sure you can get it on amazon. I don't want to type it all out....
@MilitiaofImmaculata That's where your problem lies. When you want someone to understand Scripture, you refer him not to Scripture but to a book written by fallen men. Is Scripture not trustworthy enough for you? Don't you trust the Holy Spirit to guide you to the proper understanding of God's truth? No wonder your church has departed from the right path of righteousness. It doesn't trust the Holy Scripture enough.
@mpenaco Umm it is clear in Rev 12 John is speaking of Mary the New Eve. Notice he calls Her woman. The "Woman" gives birth to a male child who rules with an iron rod = Christ. It is obvious He is speaking of Mary. You seem to skip over very important aspects of the text. And yes the Church goes all the way back to Peter so yes it is grounded in the apostles. Mary is ever Virgin "How can this be I know not man" "I have no husband" in that statement she shows no plans of married life.
@mpenaco Why do you seem to have an issue of Christ honoring His own Mother. I have told you Christ fulfilled the commandment of Honor thy Father and Mother to the fullest. Mary was seen in Heaven by John Himself. He saw the Ark of the Covenant in Heaven and behold a woman shown with the sun with the moon under Her feet and a crown of twelve stars on Her head. MARY!! Scripture must be read as a whole from beginning to the end!
As I said, we honor Mary by doing what her Son commands. And that's exactly what Mary said at the Wedding in Cana: "Do whatever he says." And what did Jesus say? Did he ask his apostles to pray to Mary, or name her "Queen of Heaven" or "Immaculate Conception" or "Mediatrix" or "Co-redemptrix"? NEVER did Jesus ask his apostles to give Mary any of these titles! To give Mary false titles is not Jesus' way of honoring his mother.
@MilitiaofImmaculata Again you insist that Rev. 12 is talking about Mary. And again I will correct you that the woman is symbolic for the Church of God and not Mary.
@MilitiaofImmaculata It was not possible for John to see Mary in Heaven because Christ has not resurrected her yet. Your lies continue to mount. Repent and believe the Holy Scripture.
@mpenaco By what authority do you interpret Scripture? I am assuming yourself or the man made religion you belong to. Why would He say souls as a symbol there. That makes no sense. I go buy what the Chruch Christ founded says The Catholic Church! I am obedient to the Church becauses it is guided by the Holy Spirit. The Scriptures must be read in the same Spirit that wrote them! Not individual interprations. Scripture is whole not cut up into pieces to make a single point...
@MilitiaofImmaculata My authority is the Holy Spirit of God who gave us the inspired Scripture. You on the other hand hold the Catholic church not Scripture as your supreme authority. And that's a big problem for you because the Catholic church are made up of fallen people, descendants of Adam and Eve whose minds are clouded in sin. Your doctrines are mere human traditions which contradict Scriptures.
@MilitiaofImmaculata Did not the angel who gave John the prophecy made it clear that the prophecy is symbolic for something? "The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave him to show unto his servants, even the things which must shortly come to pass: and he sent and SIGNIFIED it by his angel unto his servant John" (Rev. 1:1).
@MilitiaofImmaculata And then again in Rev. 12:1 "And a great SIGN was seen in heaven: a woman arrayed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars.
The Woman is not a literal woman just as the Dragon is not a literal dragon. The Woman is God's Church while the Dragon is Satan who tries to ruin God's plan by destroying His Church. Mary was a tiny part of the Church which Jesus built.
@MilitiaofImmaculata What is your church's authority for claiming that Christ founded the Catholic church? As far as Scriptures go, Christ built his church upon the apostles. Does your church follow the apostles' teachings? Are you not adding your own teachings to what the apostles proclaimed either by letter or by word of mouth? Judging by your many doctrines that are not in Holy Scriptures, the answer is quite clear.
@MilitiaofImmaculata Ah, now you start attacking the the Word of God. The Bible tells us to study it, to read it. It is for all to read and understand. It is by the authority that Christ gives ALL true Christians!
@mpenaco Mary's virginity is compared to the burning bush that Moses saw. It was on fire yet not consumed by the flames. And also when Christ rose from the dead and appeared to the apostles behind a locked door He appeared before them without touching in anyway the door. Mary conceived in Her virginity, she bore Him and kept Her virginity and She remained a virgin all Her life. Do you think you can take down a Dogma of the Catholic Chruch? This is simple theology
@MilitiaofImmaculata You can compare Mary's virginity to anything but the truth of Scripture remains that her virginity lasted only until Jesus' birth. She had Joseph for her husband and their marriage and union had God's blessing through the angel Gabriel. There was no prohibition on them not to live as a normal married couple. Your belief that she remained a virgin for life is a false one and not supported in Scripture.
@mpenaco I have told you the word UNTIL is not a future event. It means he knew Her not up to that point UNTIL she became with child by the Power of the Holy Spirit. After this was revealed to him then He knew God's plan for Mary and Him. She is ever virgin. If she knew she wanted to have more kids then explain why she answered the angel after she was told she would bear a son, she said, "How can this be I have no husband!" EVER VIRGIN! No plans of children in the natural order!
@MilitiaofImmaculata Mary`s reaction was totally expected for a virgin woman who has never been with a man but was told she is with child. Nothing there is intended to mean that Mary was to remain a virgin after Jesus was born. Remember, Mary did not have a husband UP TO THAT TIME but not after that.
@mpenaco In Rev. 6:9-11 It is thier SOULS John writes that are under the altar crying out for justice! Plus John see a great multitude more than once dressed in white robes worshipping God. Mary died and after 3 days Christ raised Her from the dead not allowing corruption to touch Her! Mary is the Ark of the New Covenant, John seen Her is Heaven in Revelation. Scripture as a whole remember!
@mpenaco As with pretty much ALL catholic teachings and beliefs, there is absolutely NO evidence in scripture. If anything, the Bible condemns pretty much ALL catholic teachings. It has nothing to do with sola scriptura, its about the rcc teaching something that is completely CONTRARY to the Word of God. Acts4:12. "Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.”
@MilitiaofImmaculata Revelation is a symbolic book containing prophesies of events about to occur couched in apocalyptic language. Characters and events are not to be interpreted in the same manner as the Gospels or the Epistles. When John saw souls crying out for justice, you do not interpret that literally to mean that the souls of those who died are consciously crying out to God for justice for the souls remain asleep until the resurrection. It simply tells us that those who were martyred
@mpenaco Peter sinned in Galations by catering to the Jews. He had already made his proclaimation against circumcision in Acts 15 so his doctrine was not the issue. We don't claim popes cannot sin. He did not practice what he preached. We don't claim this is a violation of infallibility.
@MilitiaofImmaculata If the popes can sin, they can sin in both their actions and in whatever pronouncements they make. The Scripture is already complete and there is no need for anyone to be infallible. We can now check all sorts of teaching and doctrine to see if they conform to Scripture. Be like the Bereans, consulting Scripture everyday to see if what Paul was preaching were true.
@mpenaco As far as Peter and the Church Christ Himself declared it "Upon this rock I will build MY CHURCH! How much more clear can it be. And why did Christ say this? Because of His faith given to him BY GOD. Peter didn't make a mistake when He declared Him God now did he! Outside of things about God Popes are men just like everyone else but when declaring things of God they are lead by God himself in proclaiming the truth!
@MilitiaofImmaculata The foundation of the Church is Jesus, not Peter. While Jesus is the rock, Peter is a stone,
"The LORD is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer, My God, my rock, in whom I take refuge; My shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold." (Psalm 18:2)
@MilitiaofImmaculata Christ asks Simon who He was and he replies "you are the missiah the Christ" and Christ responds by saying well done Simon for this truth did not to you from men but from God. You will be called (in Greek) petros (a pebble) and on this Petra (rock) I will build my church. what Christ was saying is that He is the foundation, He is the corner stone to the Church. He is also the stone that the builders reject.
@mpenaco Popes are men so mistakes happen. The only time the Pope is infallible is when he addresses the Church on Faith, Morals, and Teachings. And yet with Mary I have shown you she is the New Eve proclaim by Christ Himself. I have shown you in Scripiture she is the Ever Virgin "I know not man" and that she is sinless "Hail FULL of GRACE" God has declared all the things Himself. It is your choice not to accept them! Even though they are clear!
@MilitiaofImmaculata The popes are not infallible even in matters of faith, morals and teachings. Here's some proof:
1) Although many Popes condemned the excesses of the international slave trade, the official Magisterium of the Church endorsed the legitimacy of slavery as such until Pope Leo XIII in 1888.
@MilitiaofImmaculata Of all the THREE "infallible" teachings of past popes, ALL THREE can be rebuked PLAINLY and SIMPLY by the Word of God. I believe PETER was rebuked by paul on a matter of faith and morals!
@mpenaco I have shown you that Christ founded HIS Church through Peter. Since you seem to fall back on you opinions every time and don't give any debatable responses I will no longer debate with you. Instead of tying to tear down Christ with lies and mere opinions you should pray for understanding study things and look more into them. I will pray for you God Bless
@MilitiaofImmaculata Did Peter say the pope is infallible when speaking on faith and morals? The truth is Peter himself was rebuked by his fellow apostle Paul for a mistake he made concerning faith and law. (Gal.2:11-16). Even the apostles never claimed infallibility and yet your church insists on the pope's infallibility. How then can you say your church was founded on Peter?
@mpenaco No, it was again a MAN-MADE teaching. Not ONE catholic has ever shown me 1) The popes exact words that say he is infallible and 2) the popes exact words on the circumstances regarding that infallibility. ie: the rules when speaking infallibly. Just more tricks by satan.
@MilitiaofImmaculata I believe it is you who seem to fall into using opinions to back up your arguments about your church's false teachings. You say Scripture alone is false despite the clear teaching of Paul to the contrary which I quoted earlier -- 2 Tim. 3:16-17. You are adamant in your belief that Mary died a virgin despite the clear teaching of Scripture that she had a husband and children. You continue to promote Mary's sinlessness despite clear revelations that all have sinned.
@MilitiaofImmaculata The early church as described in the NT did the following: shared all things in common, relationships, support missionaries/ministers, teaching & preaching, praying, worshiping, reading of scripture, evangelism, fostering spiritual gifts. No where does the NT dictate fancy buildings, robes, repetitive prayer, a priesthood, Mary worship, sectarianism, or any order of service, etc.. all these are man made traditions added on.
@mpenaco Well I respect your opinions. You seem to be set on your opinions even though I do give you Scripture verses. Christ Himself calls Mary the New Eve by calling her "Woman". I have shown you Old Testament types of Mary with Solomon and Bethsheba. I have shown you Scripture that says to hold fast to the TRADITIONS handed down to us. I have asked you to show me in the Bible where is says Bible alone!
@mpenaco Mary and Joseph had a chaste marriage. It is confirmed when Mary says to the angel how can this be for I know not man. She was inspired by her spouse the Holy Spirit from the begining to be a virgin! In Scripture when it speaks of brothers of Jesus it is merley speaking of close cousins the same word is used in the greek. So when in Matthew the word UNTIL is to be understood that Joseph then understood the call of Mary's call to be the Ever Virgin Mother of God
@MilitiaofImmaculata Nothing in your argument is coming from Scripture. Man-made tradition is all you have to support the Marian doctrines. No basis at all for the belief that Joseph and Mary had a chaste marriage. And the catholic teaching that brothers actually mean cousins in Scripture is also questionable. All these man-made traditions point to only one motive - to elevate Mary to the level of god and to embarrass God and His Son.
@mpenaco and just so we are clear when I say you are correct It is that the Holy Spirit has the power to give us understanding. Notice in Acts Philip is told by the HOLY SPIRIT to go up to the offical and guide him. The same can be said of the Holy Spirit and The Catholic Church!
@MilitiaofImmaculata Philip was guided directly by the Holy Spirit and that works the same for us today. We receive spiritual guidance directly from the Holy Spirit of God. And all of us who are guided by the Holy Spirit compose the Church of God. The church in Rome has nothing to do with the true Church.
@mpenaco In a way you are correct but one has to understand that the Holy Spirit guides the Catholic Church. Yes evil happens and it is very sad when it does. In the end the gates of hell will not prevail against it. The Catholic Church is attacked so much because she is one with her bridegroom Christ! The serveant is no greater than the Master! Just so you know the word "Catholic" means universal! Unity! One God, One Lord Jesus Christ, ONE TRUE CHURCH!
@MilitiaofImmaculata I am correct because I rely on Scripture alone while your beliefs are grounded more on your church teachings and less on Scripture.
@mpenaco as far as you Mary issue again it is a lie to say the Catholic Church makes Her a godess! We honor Her as our Mother and Queen! We are called to imitate Christ, He submitted to Her care for 30 years. Gave Her to us from the Cross. He honored Her raised Her into Heaven to reign as Queen Mother of Mankind and SHE LEADS ALL MEN TO GOD! That is why Christ from the Cross placed Her inbetween us and Himself! AVE MARIA
@MilitiaofImmaculata God never placed Mary between Jesus and man. No one comes between Jesus and his followers. He said it himself: "I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father but by me." We go to God through Jesus. Mary was never given a role. You are following a false teaching.
@mpenaco And the "Catholic Church" is the ONE CHURCH founded by Christ. Peter was the first POPE and I have the names that lead all the way back to Peter and Christ. Christ prayed for Unity for HIS CHURCH to be ONE. Yet people left and right are starting new religions with new opinions and lies to fit their life styles and their own opinions. No other Church has the BREAD OF LIFE which is Christ himself in the Eucharist. Look up John 6:66 notice the number and what is not believed by them
@MilitiaofImmaculata We use Christ's teaching to test if your church is the true Church of God. He said that the true Church will be known by its fruits. A good tree bears good fruit and a bad tree does not bear good fruit. A church that produces priests who become homosexual perverts and child molesters cannot be the true church because it is producing bad fruits. And worse, the bad fruits are not thrown away but are allowed to contaminate others. Clearly, your church does not pass the test.
@mpenaco Hmm "We use Christ's teaching to test if your church is the true Church of God. He said that the true Church will be known by its fruits." . Hmm. Good point. we dare not start revealing the "fruits" of catholicism, shall we? :)
@mpenaco Their "fruits" are: murder, child rape, bloodshed, inquisitions, crusades, contradictions to Gods Word, fulfilling prophesies from the Bible regarding the whore of babylon, etc.
@kiwichristian2009 I think we should, just like Christ exposed the fruits of the religious leaders of his time calling them hypocrites, generation of vipers, blind-guides, etc.
@mpenaco Good point. "On August 24, 1527, Roman Catholics in France, by prearranged plan, under Jesuit influence, murdered 70,000 Protestants within the space of two months. The Pope rejoiced when he heard the news of the successful outcome."-Western Watchman, Nov.21, 1912 (Catholic)
@kiwichristian2009 Thanks for posting this. You are doing the catholics who are unaware of their church's history a good deal of service. Keep it coming.
@kiwichristian2009 oh well what about jonestown? a total of over 900 members died from poisoning becaise their leader jim jones(a protestant) persuaded them to. "He who is without sin cast the first stone."
@MilitiaofImmaculata Rubbish. The Roman Catholic Church was not really in effect as an organization in the first couple hundred years of the Christian Church. The Christian church was under persecution and official church gatherings were risky business in the Roman Empire. Catholicism as an organization with a central figure located in Rome did not occur for quite some time, in spite of its false claim they can trace the papacy back to Peter.
@mpenaco Forgiveness is meaningless?? Do you know how much you contradict the gospel?! Even the Ethiopian offical knew he needed help understanding the Scripture! Acts 8: 26-31! Philip asks"Do you understand what you are reading? And he said, How can I, unless some one guides me?" It's entrusted to Gods Catholic Church to have the True understanding of the Sacred Texts not a man made religion that has broken from the one Church because they didn't like something about it!
@MilitiaofImmaculata Show me from Scripture that God has entrusted to the catholic church the proper understanding of His revelations to man. The truth is, only the Holy Spirit of God has the power to make us understand the things of the spirit. The Church spreads the Gospel but the Holy Spriit enables us to understand. So Scripture has again proven your claim wrong. Your catholic church does not make us understand Scripture. The Holy Spirit does.
@MilitiaofImmaculata So you just forgive without giving justice to the victims? Is that your church's standard of justice? No wonder victims of child abuse resort to civilian courts to find justice. Instead of being a model for the secular world in enforcing Godly justice, your church is showing the non-Christian world that there is no difference between a Christian and a non-Christian organization. Both are corrupt and cannot be trusted.
@mpenaco no where in the bible does it say Mary lost Her virginity. I am assuming you are using the passage of where it say Joseph knew not Mary UNTIL she had borne a son. It simply points out what has happened up to that moment, that is, the virginal conception of Jesus Christ by a unique intervention of God. Not something that happened later. Again the interpratation of Scripture is entrusted to the CHURCH ALONE!
@MilitiaofImmaculata Was Joseph instructed not to have carnal relation with his wife which was perfectly legal and valid under God's Laws on marriage? If so, show me please. There is no command to both Joseph and Mary not to live as husband and wife after Jesus was born. They had a perfectly normal union and to say that they never had sexual relation is to subvert God's Law on marriage. The Bible even made it clear that they had other children but your church tries to change it.
@mpenaco Scripture is clear that Mary was never a virgin when she died. It is a purely man-made teaching to assume that she was a virgin in order to promote her as spotless, pure, immaculate and sinless. Pure nonsense.
@MilitiaofImmaculata Why would the passage say UNTIL SHE HAD BORNE A SON when what was meant is for her to remain virgin for life?
Answer: Because God intended for Mary to remain a virgin ONLY UNTIL Jesus was born. The teaching that Mary was a virgin until she died is purely man-made.
@MilitiaofImmaculata Matthew 13:55-56 "Is not this the carpenter’s son? Is not His mother called Mary, and His brothers, James and Joseph and Simon and Judas? 56 "And His sisters, are they not all with us? Where then did this man get all these things?" 57 And they took offense at Him. But Jesus said to them, "A prophet is not without honor except in his home town, and in his own household."
@MilitiaofImmaculata The Catholic religion says the word translated "brother" should be "cousin". Wrong again. The word "cousin" is clearly found in the scripture and it means--you've got it--cousin! Luke 1:36 And, behold, thy cousin Elisabeth, she hath also conceived a son in her old age: and this is the sixth month
Through ALL GENERATIONS,they shall call me Blessed-Mary. If it weren't for the Catholic Church alone our Beautiful Mother would have been forgotten along time ago! That alone should cause skeptics to pause about the claim the CATHOLIC CHURCH claims:We are THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST!

we can see that the RCC diverted from gospel of jesus.. the RCC has created a mountain of false theology that is so big that the even the church cant deny.. now how sad is that,,,

i would though like to know how and by what dogma does the RCC make mary to become something she is obvously not

catholics have been spoon fed a lie, they beleive that mary a simple jewish girl has become co equal with jesus able to save to give grace to answer prayers... this is all a fabrication a lie .. only jesus is the way the truth and the life... mary cant save you..

TheJazuma 1 month ago
@TheJazuma no it doesnt... Jesus and his disciples lived the sciptures they walk and talked with Jesus.. they litteraly saw first hand.. what they saw was written down...oral scripture came first....evens pauls letters were scripture tell me how?
MrLoudmouthspeaker 1 month ago
@MrLoudmouthspeaker non sequitur, you are avoiding my comment
TheJazuma 1 month ago
@TheJazuma oo scary.. so tell me did the jews have to wait for the approval for the old testement.... obviously not... wake up... the old testement was a complete book. the first believers had scripture... your catholic church came along long later..
wake up
MrLoudmouthspeaker 1 month ago
@MrLoudmouthspeaker non sequitur. old testament is not "a complete book" it's a collection of BOOKs, i.e. Pentateuch, psalms, acts, proverbs, kings 1&2, etc. The Virgin Mary was the world's first Christian, she also happens to be Catholic. Catholic means Universal. Your sola scriptura attempt at being a Frankenstein monster is most amusing.
TheJazuma 1 month ago
@TheJazuma one thinks you dont know alot about your subject, you are more like a parrot repeating what he was been told to say.. firstly the old testement is a collection of books which have put together as a completed book..der.. just think the jews did this without the RCC... secondly mary was born jewish... the roman catholic church offically came much later.. you cant back date LOL..
what other rubbish does the church teach you
MrLoudmouthspeaker 1 month ago
@MrLoudmouthspeaker you're just proving my point, your whole comment is non sequitur...sigh. I rest my case.
TheJazuma 1 month ago
@TheJazuma proving you case... you believe that your church gave us the bible and that the catholic is correct... both false... we know the old testement was in circulation before the RCC,,,
MrLoudmouthspeaker 1 month ago
@MrLoudmouthspeaker you are clearly begging the question whilst pleading ignorance to my initial comment. you are just a "loud mouth" lol. NT was comprised of testimonies by Christianized Jews & Greeks. The Early Church aka RCC decided which books to include in the NT to form the gospel. Naturally not all acts committed by God in the form of Jesus was all written down. From thence one would conclude that your congregation is false since all you have is the 16th century stuff.
TheJazuma 1 month ago
@TheJazuma yikes we all know that the RCC only confirmed what the first believers allready used ..
MrLoudmouthspeaker 1 month ago
@MrLoudmouthspeaker then y r u attackin their beliefs then?
TheJazuma 1 month ago
@TheJazuma you say one thing but mean another -i have told you that the early beleivers that walked with jesus allready had the oral scripture... which was later written down - the RCC only confirmed what they allready had.
MrLoudmouthspeaker 1 month ago
@MrLoudmouthspeaker so why are you attacking the universal church aka catholic church?
TheJazuma 1 month ago
@TheJazuma what the RCC teach is far different from the gospel of Jesus
MrLoudmouthspeaker 1 month ago
@MrLoudmouthspeaker is this some kind of circle logic?
TheJazuma 1 month ago
@TheJazuma oh so tell me then did the first church of beleivers already have the word of God before the RCC came along or not.
MrLoudmouthspeaker 1 month ago
@MrLoudmouthspeaker when did the RCC come into being according to you? You already know the answer to your question.
TheJazuma 1 month ago
@TheJazuma yes i do... the roman catholic offically came to be - a long time after.... the first believers wernt catholic...
MrLoudmouthspeaker 1 month ago
@MrLoudmouthspeaker underground catholic churches existed in ancient roman times and none of them were in any way similar to post 16th century interpretations...
TheJazuma 1 month ago
@TheJazuma you mean the early catholic church drove away the true christians,,
MrLoudmouthspeaker 1 month ago
@MrLoudmouthspeaker define "true" christian? if they drove them out where do you derive your traditions from??
TheJazuma 1 month ago
@TheJazuma you should know that the RCC adopted numerious tradtions from the pagan cults/ beliefs... surly you know that
MrLoudmouthspeaker 1 month ago
@MrLoudmouthspeaker do you know that wedding rings are also pagan? the RCC did not adopt any pagan tradition at all lol. If you think they have you should prove it. Prove that the RCC has direct correlation to the Pagan custom in question, if not and all you have are similarities then it doesn't prove your point at all.
TheJazuma 1 month ago
@TheJazuma oh really lets look firstly at how the catholic church used pagan temples as their own churches
MrLoudmouthspeaker 1 month ago
@MrLoudmouthspeaker what's wrong with that? before you get baptized, is your body not a pagan temple? It's simple, they get converted into Catholic places of worship. i.e. the former cordoba mosque, is now a catholic cathedral. places get converted all the time. It's like houses, you move from house to house until you find the right one to live in.
TheJazuma 1 month ago
@TheJazuma how did the catholic church 'clean" the pagan temples... did they use dead bodies of the saints... did they use relics to purifiy the pagan temples
MrLoudmouthspeaker 1 month ago
@MrLoudmouthspeaker they removed pagan "things" in the place of worship and added Catholic elements to it and they would bless it,etc ...I really don't see where you are getting at here?
TheJazuma 1 month ago
@TheJazuma oh ok.. so.. what are you saying then exaclty... the roman catholic church adopted pagan tradtions beliefs and practices and used them in your church today?
MrLoudmouthspeaker 1 month ago
@MrLoudmouthspeaker which "pagan traditions/beliefs" are you referring to? btw, the early Christians were "catholic", catholic is greek for "universal". Roman Catholic refers to the Bishop of Rome. There were 5 patriarchates: Rome, Constantinople, Alexandria, Antioch, and Jerusalem.

We all need a Mother. CHRIST gave us HIS own Mother to also be our Mother at the foot of the Cross.

"καὶ τὰ μνημεῖα ἀνεῴχθησαν καὶ πολλὰ σώματα τῶν κεκοιμημένων ἁγίων ἠγέρθη, καὶ ἐξελθόντες ἐκ τῶν μνημείων, μετὰ τὴν ἔγερσιν αὐτοῦ εἰσῆλθον εἰς τὴν ἁγίαν πόλιν καὶ ἐνεφανίσθησαν πολλοῖς." God will destroy this pagan goddess church... the whore of babylon. Truth mixed with lies is how people are deceived.
shanana000 6 months ago in playlist Our Lady - Mother of God
you are a part of spreading and teaching a great deception since the "early church" really has no authority to declare that "mary" ascended into heaven. Otherwise, the scriptures would be clear on that. Your story is full of holes when compared to the scriptures and "Mary" is actually Lucifer in disguise seeking worship for herself.
jomat4678 8 months ago
NO scripture anywhere that states the mother of the Messiah died and ascended into heaven. She is pretty dead at this time. So, who is the one who claims to be making all these appearances? even to shepherd children in Fatima? II Thessalonians 1:6-9
jomat4678 8 months ago
@jomat4678 The early church acknowledged Mary accended into heaven after death. This was never contested up to about 200 years ago, even the "great protestant reformers" confess this.

Do you believe Matt 27 v5-53 "...and the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints who had fallen asleep were raised..."? Wouldn't the pure vessel that housed Jesus be as worthy of heaven?
And BTW, Mary did not "ascend" into heaven. She was assumed (taken) by the power of God. Jesus alone ascended (by His own power).

We will find salvation sooner going to the mother than going to the Son" (p. 82),"Many things asked of God and not received are asked and received from Mary (p. 82). All obey the precepts of Mary, even God" (p. 115). ALL CATHOLIC LIES!
kiwichristian2009 1 year ago
@mpenaco Is not obeying the commandments of God exactly what Mary did and is it not how Christ praised Her. "Blessed rather those who hear the word of God and keep it." Mary is our example even if you chose to reject it. You misunderstand Scriptures because you do not have the wisdom of the Church behind it. I have given you all the proofs I can, I have done my job, now it's between you and God. I shall pray for you brother in Christ. Peace be with you. Hail Mary
MilitiaofImmaculata 1 year ago
@MilitiaofImmaculata Mary obeyed God's will and for that, she belongs to God's Kingdom. Shall we follow her example? Yes, of course. Can we call her spirit for help in our prayers? No we cannot according to God's comandment not to use any medium in our prayers to Him.
mpenaco 1 year ago
@mpenaco This is where Solomon and Bethsheba come into play. "Ask what you will, I will refuse you nothing" A meadiator to the meadiator. Christ Himself placed Her between Himself and mankind. Indeed He is our meadiator to the Father. Mary's meadiation is suboridinant to Christs. Mary ALWAYS points to God not Herself!
MilitiaofImmaculata 1 year ago
@MilitiaofImmaculata But how can a dead person mediate? I just gave you the statement from Paul that all who are Christ's will be resurrected at his coming. Is Mary in Christ? Of course she is and she, together with all who are in Christ, will be awakened at Christ's return. I do not know why you keep disregarding this clear teaching of Scripture.
mpenaco 1 year ago
@mpenaco Kolbe wrote in honoring Mary we worship the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is Her inseperable Spouse, Eternal. He became fruitful through her and her alone. He would never leave her after becoming fruitful through her that would be like divorce. Eternal bond forever fruitful, not because the Holy Spirit needs her but because he chose her, God chose Mary period. So when we honor Mary we are giving honor to Her Spouse whom she is one with!
MilitiaofImmaculata 1 year ago
@MilitiaofImmaculata The way to worship the Holy Spirit is to obey the commandments of God - to love God with all our heart, mind and soul and to love our neighbor as ourselves. Honoring Mary is never a way to worship the Holy Spirit.
mpenaco 1 year ago
@mpenaco Actually Christ is pointing to what makes His Mother Holy and calls us all to be like Her. She was the first to Obey God's commandments and Christ is calling us all to become like His very Mother. Woman is what Adam called Eve. It is clear that is what Christ is identifying Her as Eve. As well as in Revelation and Paul. Woman=Eve=Mother of all the Living. Mary's spouse the Holy Spirit produced the Head and the Church through her and her alone!
MilitiaofImmaculata 1 year ago
@MilitiaofImmaculata Who did Jesus point to his apostles as their model?
"Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect." (Mat. 5:48)
Jesus never asked his disciples to be like Mary. You have become callous in your idolaty.
mpenaco 1 year ago
@mpenaco She was the first to watch Christ grow up. For She kept all these "mysteries" and pondered them in her heart. So in taking her as our Mother and giving ourselves over to Her she teaches us how to be more like Christ. So that Christ may take fruit in our soul to the fullness of His age. To Christ through Mary. Why? Because that's the way He came to us. And He himself put Her there between Himself and mankind "Behold your Mother."
MilitiaofImmaculata 1 year ago
@mpenaco I have told you that yes Mary did need a Savior and the fruits of Christ Sacrifice was applied at Her conception. I have proved she is the New Eve and the Ark of the New Covenant. Christ submitted himself to Her we are called to do the same. Solomon bowed to Bethsheba and sat her at His right hand. That is a type of Our Lord and Our Lady. Mary is part of our salvation weither one accepts it or rejects it is up to them personally. But I will do as Christ did honor my Father and Mother!
MilitiaofImmaculata 1 year ago
@MilitiaofImmaculata What is your Scripture reference for saying that the fruits of Christ's sacrifice was applied at Mary's conception? Because if that is in the Bible, then it makes David and Paul big liars for proclaiming that "all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" and "in sin my mother conceived me".
mpenaco 1 year ago
@mpenaco and no it is in Scripture that Mary is the Ark of the New Covenant. Read when David had the Ark of the Old Covenant brought to him then read Mary's visit to Elizabeth. David said how is that the Ark of my Lord come to me, Elizabeth says to Mary how is it the Mother of my Lord should come to me. David danced for joy, John the baptist leapt in his Mother womb. David stayed 3 months. Mary stayed 3 months.
MilitiaofImmaculata 1 year ago
@mpenaco No that is a lie on your part. Mary is indeed in the Bible I have given you proofs that you choose to ignore. Genesis, King Solomon and how he honored his Mother, The burning bush and the locked door. The woman in Revelation. From begining to the end she is there. I have 2000 years of prayer and wisdom of the Chruch Fathers all the way up to Peter to back me up. I don't give my personal opinions. Mary is every where in Scripture! HAIL MARY!
MilitiaofImmaculata 1 year ago
@MilitiaofImmaculata Mary died and is asleep until Christ returns to resurrect her. That is the plain truth of Scripture. Calling Mary in your prayers before Christ's coming is a useless exercise.
mpenaco 1 year ago
@mpenaco In Genesis 3:15 "I will put ENMITY between you and the WOMAN, and between your seed and HER SEED. It is right there in front of our faces. God put complete Enmity between not just Her Seed but the Woman HERSELF. One cannot be a slave to sin and at the same time be an enemy to it. Scipture as a whole remember. God tells us right here His promise of salvation and how it would come about. Mary indeed was sinless!
MilitiaofImmaculata 1 year ago
@mpenaco She is the New Eve the sign spoken by Isaiah, and in Revelation and spoken by Paul in Galatian 4:4 "But when the time had fully come, God sent forth his Son, born of "woman"....Christ more than once called Her "woman" at Cana and then at the foot of the Cross. New Eve, Mother of all the living. Just as the first Adam and Eve were sinless before the fall, tempted and fell, So the second Adam and Eve were sinless tempted and won crushing the head of the serpent!
MilitiaofImmaculata 1 year ago

MilitiaofImmaculata 1 year ago
@MilitiaofImmaculata Well, Kolbe and DeMontfort were obviously wrong because Scripture clearly proclaims who Jesus recognizes to be his mother: THOSE WHO OBEY GOD'S COMMANDMENTS. Mary is never a factor in our relationship to Christ but our obedience to God's commands is the sole determinant. By giving honor to Mary, you rob God and Jesus of their rightful glory. Many of your saints magnify Mary, not God.
mpenaco 1 year ago

MilitiaofImmaculata 1 year ago
@MilitiaofImmaculata That is Catholic theology you are talking about, not Biblical theology. Your theology tries to make an analogy between the Ark of the Covenant and Mary being the mother of Jesus. Unfortunately for you, the Bible doesn't make such a connection. Catholic theology tries to build Mary into what I call "6 steps to divinity" by promoting her as:
1) Immaculate like Jesus
2) Gate of heaven like Jesus is the Way
3) Mediatrix like Jesus the Mediator
4) Co-redemptrix with Jesus
mpenaco 1 year ago
@MilitiaofImmaculata
5) Queen of heaven just like Jesus the King
6) Assumed body and soul to heaven just like Jesus' resurrection after 3 days in the tomb
Mary, no doubt is being elevated to a divine status. This Mary is not the Mary of the Bible.
mpenaco 1 year ago
@mpenaco I have told you before we don't worship Mary. We honor Her as Christ did and call us to do "Behold your Mother" We imitate God Himself. The Holy Spirit said through Elizabeth "Blessed are you among women" and "Blessed is the fruit of you womb." Blessed is she who believed." "How is it granted me that the Mother of my Lord should come to me." The Holy Spirit himself gave witness to the Honor due to His Eternal Spouse! Hail Mary
MilitiaofImmaculata 1 year ago
@MilitiaofImmaculata We honor our parents but we do not treat them as if they are gods. As I said, Mary was human and not exempt from the scourge of sin. Your church claims to be apostolic but you disregard the teachings of the apostles and the prophets. Where Paul says "all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" you proclaim Mary as sinless. Where David says "in sin my mother conceived me", you teach that Mary was immaculate. Where Paul teaches that we all will be resurrected at...
mpenaco 1 year ago
@MilitiaofImmaculata ... Christ's coming, you promote the heresy that Mary was already resurrected by Jesus. Is that what you call apostolic? Your church must be following a different apostle, not among those picked by Christ.
mpenaco 1 year ago
@MilitiaofImmaculata You are told to, though. "For to be right and good, worship of the Mother of God ought to spring from the heart; acts of the body have here neither utility nor value if the acts of the soul have no part in them" ENCYCLICAL OF POPE PIUS X ON THE IMMACULATE CONCEPTION Given at Rome in St. Peter's on the second day of February, 1904, in the first year of Our Pontificate.
kiwichristian2009 1 year ago
@mpenaco As far as John seeing Mary in Rev does point to the fact Christ raised Her. She is the Ark of the New Covenant. The "Woman" in Rev is Mary for she give birth to a child who rules with and iron rod Christ. The New Eve Queen Mother of mankind. Repent and follow the Church that Christ founded the Catholic Church is the only Church that has the complete truth. Stop following personal opinions and follow God's Church
MilitiaofImmaculata 1 year ago
@MilitiaofImmaculata Why isnt mary's NAME mentioned in rev? The woman in revelation is a picture of the Israelite nation as shown in Gen37:9,10 with the sun representing Jacob, the moon his wife Rachel, and the 12 stars representing the tribes of Israel. Christ was born of Israel. The Israelite nation is often referred to as a woman in Isaiah54:5 and Jeremiah31:32.This woman cannot be mary because the woman IS ON EARTH DURING THE TRIBULATION, whereas mary's spirit is in heaven at that time.
kiwichristian2009 1 year ago
@MilitiaofImmaculata The claim of the RCC as the only (infallible) & true church is blatantly falacious. In 1986 in Assisi Italy,Pope J,Paul II gathered the world's religious leaders to pray for 'world peace'.There were snake worshipers, animists, buddhists, hindus, muslims, north american witch doctors, fire worshipers, presbytarians, methodists etc, pope said THEY WERE ALL PRAYING TO THE SAME GOD!! Also homosexualism, lesbianism, pedophilia etc holds sway in the enclaves of an infal. church!
kiwichristian2009 1 year ago
@mpenaco No you have yet again skipped over the facts that I give you. I told you the Old Testament types of Mary's Virginity. The burning bush that was on fire but not consumed, Christ coming through the door without touching it. These point to the untouched virginity of Mary. And Scott Hahn's book is based on Scripture not his opinion it's inline with the teachings of the Church. Hail Mary!
MilitiaofImmaculata 1 year ago
@mpenaco If you want to understand Rev better get the book the Lambs Supper by Scott Hahn. At least read it. I am pretty sure you can get it on amazon. I don't want to type it all out....
MilitiaofImmaculata 1 year ago
@MilitiaofImmaculata That's where your problem lies. When you want someone to understand Scripture, you refer him not to Scripture but to a book written by fallen men. Is Scripture not trustworthy enough for you? Don't you trust the Holy Spirit to guide you to the proper understanding of God's truth? No wonder your church has departed from the right path of righteousness. It doesn't trust the Holy Scripture enough.
mpenaco 1 year ago
@mpenaco Umm it is clear in Rev 12 John is speaking of Mary the New Eve. Notice he calls Her woman. The "Woman" gives birth to a male child who rules with an iron rod = Christ. It is obvious He is speaking of Mary. You seem to skip over very important aspects of the text. And yes the Church goes all the way back to Peter so yes it is grounded in the apostles. Mary is ever Virgin "How can this be I know not man" "I have no husband" in that statement she shows no plans of married life.
MilitiaofImmaculata 1 year ago
@mpenaco Why do you seem to have an issue of Christ honoring His own Mother. I have told you Christ fulfilled the commandment of Honor thy Father and Mother to the fullest. Mary was seen in Heaven by John Himself. He saw the Ark of the Covenant in Heaven and behold a woman shown with the sun with the moon under Her feet and a crown of twelve stars on Her head. MARY!! Scripture must be read as a whole from beginning to the end!
MilitiaofImmaculata 1 year ago
@MilitiaofImmaculata
2)
mpenaco 1 year ago
@MilitiaofImmaculata Again you insist that Rev. 12 is talking about Mary. And again I will correct you that the woman is symbolic for the Church of God and not Mary.
mpenaco 1 year ago
@MilitiaofImmaculata It was not possible for John to see Mary in Heaven because Christ has not resurrected her yet. Your lies continue to mount. Repent and believe the Holy Scripture.
mpenaco 1 year ago
@mpenaco By what authority do you interpret Scripture? I am assuming yourself or the man made religion you belong to. Why would He say souls as a symbol there. That makes no sense. I go buy what the Chruch Christ founded says The Catholic Church! I am obedient to the Church becauses it is guided by the Holy Spirit. The Scriptures must be read in the same Spirit that wrote them! Not individual interprations. Scripture is whole not cut up into pieces to make a single point...
MilitiaofImmaculata 1 year ago
@MilitiaofImmaculata My authority is the Holy Spirit of God who gave us the inspired Scripture. You on the other hand hold the Catholic church not Scripture as your supreme authority. And that's a big problem for you because the Catholic church are made up of fallen people, descendants of Adam and Eve whose minds are clouded in sin. Your doctrines are mere human traditions which contradict Scriptures.
mpenaco 1 year ago
@mpenaco Amen!
kiwichristian2009 1 year ago
@MilitiaofImmaculata Did not the angel who gave John the prophecy made it clear that the prophecy is symbolic for something? "The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave him to show unto his servants, even the things which must shortly come to pass: and he sent and SIGNIFIED it by his angel unto his servant John" (Rev. 1:1).
mpenaco 1 year ago
@MilitiaofImmaculata And then again in Rev. 12:1 "And a great SIGN was seen in heaven: a woman arrayed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars.
The Woman is not a literal woman just as the Dragon is not a literal dragon. The Woman is God's Church while the Dragon is Satan who tries to ruin God's plan by destroying His Church. Mary was a tiny part of the Church which Jesus built.
mpenaco 1 year ago
@MilitiaofImmaculata What is your church's authority for claiming that Christ founded the Catholic church? As far as Scriptures go, Christ built his church upon the apostles. Does your church follow the apostles' teachings? Are you not adding your own teachings to what the apostles proclaimed either by letter or by word of mouth? Judging by your many doctrines that are not in Holy Scriptures, the answer is quite clear.
mpenaco 1 year ago
@MilitiaofImmaculata Ah, now you start attacking the the Word of God. The Bible tells us to study it, to read it. It is for all to read and understand. It is by the authority that Christ gives ALL true Christians!
kiwichristian2009 1 year ago
@mpenaco Mary's virginity is compared to the burning bush that Moses saw. It was on fire yet not consumed by the flames. And also when Christ rose from the dead and appeared to the apostles behind a locked door He appeared before them without touching in anyway the door. Mary conceived in Her virginity, she bore Him and kept Her virginity and She remained a virgin all Her life. Do you think you can take down a Dogma of the Catholic Chruch? This is simple theology
MilitiaofImmaculata 1 year ago
@MilitiaofImmaculata You can compare Mary's virginity to anything but the truth of Scripture remains that her virginity lasted only until Jesus' birth. She had Joseph for her husband and their marriage and union had God's blessing through the angel Gabriel. There was no prohibition on them not to live as a normal married couple. Your belief that she remained a virgin for life is a false one and not supported in Scripture.
mpenaco 1 year ago
@mpenaco I have told you the word UNTIL is not a future event. It means he knew Her not up to that point UNTIL she became with child by the Power of the Holy Spirit. After this was revealed to him then He knew God's plan for Mary and Him. She is ever virgin. If she knew she wanted to have more kids then explain why she answered the angel after she was told she would bear a son, she said, "How can this be I have no husband!" EVER VIRGIN! No plans of children in the natural order!
MilitiaofImmaculata 1 year ago
@MilitiaofImmaculata Mary`s reaction was totally expected for a virgin woman who has never been with a man but was told she is with child. Nothing there is intended to mean that Mary was to remain a virgin after Jesus was born. Remember, Mary did not have a husband UP TO THAT TIME but not after that.
mpenaco 1 year ago
@mpenaco In Rev. 6:9-11 It is thier SOULS John writes that are under the altar crying out for justice! Plus John see a great multitude more than once dressed in white robes worshipping God. Mary died and after 3 days Christ raised Her from the dead not allowing corruption to touch Her! Mary is the Ark of the New Covenant, John seen Her is Heaven in Revelation. Scripture as a whole remember!
MilitiaofImmaculata 1 year ago
@MilitiaofImmaculata
"Mary died and after 3 days Christ raised Her from the dead not allowing corruption to touch Her!"
Where is that in Scripture? Perhaps you confused her with Christ who died and rose again in 3 days.
mpenaco 1 year ago
@mpenaco As with pretty much ALL catholic teachings and beliefs, there is absolutely NO evidence in scripture. If anything, the Bible condemns pretty much ALL catholic teachings. It has nothing to do with sola scriptura, its about the rcc teaching something that is completely CONTRARY to the Word of God. Acts4:12. "Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.”
kiwichristian2009 1 year ago
@MilitiaofImmaculata Revelation is a symbolic book containing prophesies of events about to occur couched in apocalyptic language. Characters and events are not to be interpreted in the same manner as the Gospels or the Epistles. When John saw souls crying out for justice, you do not interpret that literally to mean that the souls of those who died are consciously crying out to God for justice for the souls remain asleep until the resurrection. It simply tells us that those who were martyred

@MilitiaofImmaculata ... for Christ's sake are in the mind of God and their sacrifices for the sake of the faith are not in vain.
mpenaco 1 year ago
@mpenaco Peter sinned in Galations by catering to the Jews. He had already made his proclaimation against circumcision in Acts 15 so his doctrine was not the issue. We don't claim popes cannot sin. He did not practice what he preached. We don't claim this is a violation of infallibility.
MilitiaofImmaculata 1 year ago
@MilitiaofImmaculata If the popes can sin, they can sin in both their actions and in whatever pronouncements they make. The Scripture is already complete and there is no need for anyone to be infallible. We can now check all sorts of teaching and doctrine to see if they conform to Scripture. Be like the Bereans, consulting Scripture everyday to see if what Paul was preaching were true.
mpenaco 1 year ago
@mpenaco As far as Peter and the Church Christ Himself declared it "Upon this rock I will build MY CHURCH! How much more clear can it be. And why did Christ say this? Because of His faith given to him BY GOD. Peter didn't make a mistake when He declared Him God now did he! Outside of things about God Popes are men just like everyone else but when declaring things of God they are lead by God himself in proclaiming the truth!
MilitiaofImmaculata 1 year ago
@MilitiaofImmaculata The foundation of the Church is Jesus, not Peter. While Jesus is the rock, Peter is a stone,
"The LORD is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer, My God, my rock, in whom I take refuge; My shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold." (Psalm 18:2)
mpenaco 1 year ago
@MilitiaofImmaculata Christ asks Simon who He was and he replies "you are the missiah the Christ" and Christ responds by saying well done Simon for this truth did not to you from men but from God. You will be called (in Greek) petros (a pebble) and on this Petra (rock) I will build my church. what Christ was saying is that He is the foundation, He is the corner stone to the Church. He is also the stone that the builders reject.
kiwichristian2009 1 year ago
@mpenaco Popes are men so mistakes happen. The only time the Pope is infallible is when he addresses the Church on Faith, Morals, and Teachings. And yet with Mary I have shown you she is the New Eve proclaim by Christ Himself. I have shown you in Scripiture she is the Ever Virgin "I know not man" and that she is sinless "Hail FULL of GRACE" God has declared all the things Himself. It is your choice not to accept them! Even though they are clear!
MilitiaofImmaculata 1 year ago
@MilitiaofImmaculata The popes are not infallible even in matters of faith, morals and teachings. Here's some proof:
1) Although many Popes condemned the excesses of the international slave trade, the official Magisterium of the Church endorsed the legitimacy of slavery as such until Pope Leo XIII in 1888.

@MilitiaofImmaculata
The erroneous beliefs which Pope Pius IX (1848 - 1878 AD) tried to impose on the Church:
No Freedom of Conscience
No Salvation outside the Church
No Rights for Non-Christian Religions
No Respect for Other Christian Churches
No Socialism
Slavery
mpenaco 1 year ago
@MilitiaofImmaculata Here are some instructive examples of errors in doctrine taught by a variety of Popes:
1. defending slavery as willed by God; see also The Teaching Authority and Slavery and Discussion on the Popes and Slavery
2. claiming that no one can be saved outside communion with the Catholic Church;
3. teaching that it is wrong to take interest for money lent to other people;
4. the blanket condemnation of homosexuality as evil;
5. the errors of Pope Pius IX.
mpenaco 1 year ago
@MilitiaofImmaculata There are also terrible mistakes of judgment and crimes of injustice perpetrated with the sanction of the Popes.
1. the treatment of wives of clergy in the Middle Ages;
2. the Inquisition;
3. the persecution of witches;
4. the treatment of priests applying for marriage.

@MilitiaofImmaculata Of all the THREE "infallible" teachings of past popes, ALL THREE can be rebuked PLAINLY and SIMPLY by the Word of God. I believe PETER was rebuked by paul on a matter of faith and morals!
kiwichristian2009 1 year ago
@mpenaco I have shown you that Christ founded HIS Church through Peter. Since you seem to fall back on you opinions every time and don't give any debatable responses I will no longer debate with you. Instead of tying to tear down Christ with lies and mere opinions you should pray for understanding study things and look more into them. I will pray for you God Bless
MilitiaofImmaculata 1 year ago
@MilitiaofImmaculata Did Peter say the pope is infallible when speaking on faith and morals? The truth is Peter himself was rebuked by his fellow apostle Paul for a mistake he made concerning faith and law. (Gal.2:11-16). Even the apostles never claimed infallibility and yet your church insists on the pope's infallibility. How then can you say your church was founded on Peter?
mpenaco 1 year ago
@mpenaco No, it was again a MAN-MADE teaching. Not ONE catholic has ever shown me 1) The popes exact words that say he is infallible and 2) the popes exact words on the circumstances regarding that infallibility. ie: the rules when speaking infallibly. Just more tricks by satan.
kiwichristian2009 1 year ago

No where does the NT dictate fancy buildings, robes, repetitive prayer, a priesthood, Mary worship, sectarianism, or any order of service, etc.. all these are man made traditions added on.
kiwichristian2009 1 year ago
@mpenaco Well I respect your opinions. You seem to be set on your opinions even though I do give you Scripture verses. Christ Himself calls Mary the New Eve by calling her "Woman". I have shown you Old Testament types of Mary with Solomon and Bethsheba. I have shown you Scripture that says to hold fast to the TRADITIONS handed down to us. I have asked you to show me in the Bible where is says Bible alone!
MilitiaofImmaculata 1 year ago
@mpenaco Mary and Joseph had a chaste marriage. It is confirmed when Mary says to the angel how can this be for I know not man. She was inspired by her spouse the Holy Spirit from the begining to be a virgin! In Scripture when it speaks of brothers of Jesus it is merley speaking of close cousins the same word is used in the greek. So when in Matthew the word UNTIL is to be understood that Joseph then understood the call of Mary's call to be the Ever Virgin Mother of God
MilitiaofImmaculata 1 year ago
@MilitiaofImmaculata Nothing in your argument is coming from Scripture. Man-made tradition is all you have to support the Marian doctrines. No basis at all for the belief that Joseph and Mary had a chaste marriage. And the catholic teaching that brothers actually mean cousins in Scripture is also questionable. All these man-made traditions point to only one motive - to elevate Mary to the level of god and to embarrass God and His Son.
mpenaco 1 year ago
@mpenaco and just so we are clear when I say you are correct It is that the Holy Spirit has the power to give us understanding. Notice in Acts Philip is told by the HOLY SPIRIT to go up to the offical and guide him. The same can be said of the Holy Spirit and The Catholic Church!
MilitiaofImmaculata 1 year ago
@MilitiaofImmaculata Philip was guided directly by the Holy Spirit and that works the same for us today. We receive spiritual guidance directly from the Holy Spirit of God. And all of us who are guided by the Holy Spirit compose the Church of God. The church in Rome has nothing to do with the true Church.
mpenaco 1 year ago
@mpenaco In a way you are correct but one has to understand that the Holy Spirit guides the Catholic Church. Yes evil happens and it is very sad when it does. In the end the gates of hell will not prevail against it. The Catholic Church is attacked so much because she is one with her bridegroom Christ! The serveant is no greater than the Master! Just so you know the word "Catholic" means universal! Unity! One God, One Lord Jesus Christ, ONE TRUE CHURCH!
MilitiaofImmaculata 1 year ago
@MilitiaofImmaculata I am correct because I rely on Scripture alone while your beliefs are grounded more on your church teachings and less on Scripture.
mpenaco 1 year ago

You are following a false teaching.
mpenaco 1 year ago

@MilitiaofImmaculata Rubbish. The Roman Catholic Church was not really in effect as an organization in the first couple hundred years of the Christian Church. The Christian church was under persecution and official church gatherings were risky business in the Roman Empire. Catholicism as an organization with a central figure located in Rome did not occur for quite some time, in spite of its false claim they can trace the papacy back to Peter.
kiwichristian2009 1 year ago
@mpenaco Forgiveness is meaningless?? Do you know how much you contradict the gospel?! Even the Ethiopian offical knew he needed help understanding the Scripture! Acts 8: 26-31! Philip asks"Do you understand what you are reading? And he said, How can I, unless some one guides me?" It's entrusted to Gods Catholic Church to have the True understanding of the Sacred Texts not a man made religion that has broken from the one Church because they didn't like something about it!
MilitiaofImmaculata 1 year ago

MilitiaofImmaculata 1 year ago
@MilitiaofImmaculata Was Joseph instructed not to have carnal relation with his wife which was perfectly legal and valid under God's Laws on marriage? If so, show me please. There is no command to both Joseph and Mary not to live as husband and wife after Jesus was born. They had a perfectly normal union and to say that they never had sexual relation is to subvert God's Law on marriage. The Bible even made it clear that they had other children but your church tries to change it.
mpenaco 1 year ago
@mpenaco Scripture is clear that Mary was never a virgin when she died. It is a purely man-made teaching to assume that she was a virgin in order to promote her as spotless, pure, immaculate and sinless. Pure nonsense.
mpenaco 1 year ago

But Jesus said to them, "A prophet is not without honor except in his home town, and in his own household."
kiwichristian2009 1 year ago
@MilitiaofImmaculata The Catholic religion says the word translated "brother" should be "cousin". Wrong again. The word "cousin" is clearly found in the scripture and it means--you've got it--cousin! Luke 1:36 And, behold, thy cousin Elisabeth, she hath also conceived a son in her old age: and this is the sixth month
