Flying a heavy aircraft in FSX and FS9 on your own is far from easy.

That's why i always use what's called "Multi Crew Experience" (which you can try for free by the way).

It adds total voice control to FSX and FS9, allowing you to give voice commands, and see the virtual co-pilot execute them. You can also talk directly to MS ATC controllers. Lots of fun in perspective. All you need is a headset with microphone to check it out LOL :-))

@pierceceltics34 That is the reverse thrust, and I dont know how you do it in FS2004, but basically you pull the throttle all the way back

Reverse Thrust, it makes the jet of air coming out of the back of the engine reverse, and go out of the front to induce slowing, and in FS2004 upon landing press F1 Then F2 for 2 seconds, this will activate it. It doesnt work on some planes though, such as propellor engines.

FSX is like ultra good quality. My computer would die from it. FS9 is extremely well. With over 20,000 airports to choose from. It doesn't lag me even though most other games do. It's overall pretty awesome and I think you should get it. You're Welcome :D

You want a difficult airport to land in ? Try ICAO airport BIIS in Iceland ! Taking off is not that hard but landing on BIIS ?

In fact try flying the route to and from BIIS-EGPH-BIIS. Set on maximum graphics settings, the scenery is really great. But do try landing on BIIS.
