Depends on gearing, but here it's around 150km/h max.

A stock Raptor is not very expensive. But this have had extensive modifications. The mods (engine and chassi) cost me around €7000 +labour.

Never had that problem. Actually I really like the gearbox. Just keep the throttle pinned and blip the clutch to switch gears. You can hear it in Part1 of this clip.

I assume your in london, cause to my knowledge on missouri an Arizona will street leagel a quad here in the U.S (maybe other states but I don't know of them yet.) As I have been trying to find loop hole in the Florida system to allow me to register one. Biggest issue, I can sneak it through the FL DMV, but any cop with 1/4 brain will know it aint kosher for the road. an stroke the shit outta me.

In my country luckily you can have any quad with numberplates. But that means it has to be taxed as a car or MC so it raises the price by twice. Still.. its worth it.

Yep! U don't need a special license - Your ordinary car, or bike, license is all U need.

Sorry, I think I've missunderstood U. The quad has to be registered and insured, just like any other bike. You can't just take any quad and ride it on the streets.
