Recently my e mail provider told me that my account had some suspicious activity and to change my password. Religions have been in existence for thousands of years. We have seen since 9/11 how well disinformation is used on the uneducated. How can somebody believe religion is (ever was) good or can be used for good?! Also, the movement has not leader, no cause and no goal. Because of that it's hardly a movement to begin with. It's people who are into conspiracy theories (mostly the thrilling ones; reptilian people etc) who feel the need to belong to a group, in their head at least.

You are very right, when something is true it feels right. It lets pieces fall into their right place. It explains more than it conflicts with other data. It's quite often not talked about at the bottom of level 2 reality (a.k.a. the "Truth Movement").
Just think since 2001, not even 10 years have passed. There has risen a totally new movement, ALREADY completely infiltrated, spun into all directions etc. - 9 years, now look at religions..

Over time it has become easy to identify them:
They usualy have some pyramid with eye or just one eyed avatar or Baphomet position.
Then they post a lot of videos that usualy repeat the same things in 30 vids (mindcontrol) like AJ
For third they have disinfo friends (nufffrespect, AJ, and so on) and they have accounts connected to them so that if you sub it offers you to sub another disinfo.
Maybe there's more but this is what I've recognized.
