  • Fourth thing, "width and thickness of the back" is more greatly affected by the intensity (weight), contraction (eccentric/ concentric) and the repetitions. It would be good to mention these kinds of things for future videos.

  • This is more of a rhomboid/ bicep exercise than a lat exercise. Also, the rotation at the bottom phase is unsafe for the thoracic spine especially if it's loaded. Third,belts don't guarantee stability- people should work on core activation before even considering a belt.

  • When I do this I feel it in the triceps, not in the wings or back. How is this? :S please help.

  • @TheSolofalcon1 in this exercise its all about full stretching and contraction. plyometrics.

  • @TheSolofalcon1 Ask 10 different trainers and you'll get 10 different answers. Trust me, I am one. Personally, I agree more with the stretching principles in this video.

  • Can someone with big experience answer me this? I heard that if u do a light program with 10-15 min of runing /lower/up ab exercises before u eat your breakfast if it will make u lose fat from your body if this true? and what if i put 1-2 very light weight exercises is this bad or good for my body?

  • @Evilthought03 ab exercises are crap for weight loss in general so thats a negative on that one. However general cardio such as running cycling etc is good for weight loss but id suggest doing it after breakfast, the only difference being that you dont pass out and put all your effort into the exercise whereas if youre tired and hungry you will run less or whatever. So yea do your routines like 1-2 hours after breakfast and you should be good.

  • @cannonball1929 repetitions, for example someone would say how many reps do you do per set? It's the number of times you repeat a certain exercise.

  • You need more reps to "tone up"? that's complete bullshit. Think about it, it's a muscle and it's either gonna grow or not. you can't have it grow more detailed by doing more reps. More detail is achieved by lowering bodyfat.

  • @depleures nah its legit, thats why just before a body building comp they all do heaps and heaps of small reps, it works out all the smaller muscles n gives more definition
