According to the latest polling, McCain wins over two times the number of democrats as Obama wins over Republicans. He also wins over more independents. It might be because of all the times he has written bipartisan legislation whereas Obama has not once voted against his party lines. Obama is a hack when he says he is for uniting the country...his record is not one of being an independent-minded person or being bipartisan. McCain has shown he is much more of a uniter.

It was a Zogby poll, and the point I think he is making is that more Dems will crossover to vote for McCain than Republicans will crossover to vote for Obama. Makes sense. But he also throws the independents McCains way
