As long as the person isn't singing anything profane or inappropriate there's no need for undue criticism. God is love, so why can't loving Christians sing about it? @buckey2929 I used to think the same way about Christians singing secular songs, but I've learned that's legalism. As long as the person isn't singing anything profane or inappropriate there's no need for undue criticism. God is love, so why can't loving Christians sing about it? This song's about a woman who trusted her lover's advice so blindly only to find he took advantage of her and stood up for herself. Christians have lives too.
