If we analyse Khiomal song & this one they are similar but still different. This happens alot in reggae music and no one complaints!

The hook for the "Together" part of the chorus in both songs are similar but the rest of both songs are different! This similarity in the chorus hook could be pure coincidence we will have to ask Kernal Roberts but either way the rest of both songs are different!

I like both songs and will probably mix them together when I'm DJing out!! :-)

At any rate in my opinion the songs are similar but still different so I don't see any copyright issues here!

In fact from a positive standpoint this song is good promotion for Khiomal's Welcome to d band as most DJs who may have put down Khiomals song might but now start playing it again as it can be mixed well with JW & Blaze's Togetherness.
