  • Hey Nico! Your recipes are always fine! Here in Veneto - Italy there is a kitchen's saying about minestrone soup. " more vegetables you'll add in the making soup, and better taste you'll get!" So go on with happyness that recipe will be ever right!

  • thanks for the recipe. I had minestrone from an Italian restaurant when I was sick a few months ago. I loved it. I am sick again and am craving it now. I will make some at home for myself. :)

  • Hey Nicko got another one I would like you to make. How about braised lamb shanks? Mine always turn out tough and the meat doesn't fall off the bone the way it should even though I cook it for ages. Love your videos! :)
