I just listened to about twenty covers by loads of people and each time I expect someone to begin to strangle themselves after the first few notes but everyone did it well and you did it effortlessly.

Now what would a clever looking nice chick like you be singing about a lowdown sonofa***** like Heathcliff? No offence but Cathy was a bad girl full of spunk and probably even into a bit of pugilism in her quiet moments. She was a Tomboy you don't look like no tomboy.

I don't know how many times I have listened to this! It always gives me chills! Always amazes me and makes me want to hear more! Don't pay any attention to that weirdo. All the pros use more that just a little reverb. Just listen to Annie Lennox's song "Into the West" the studio edited one released in the movie and her live performance at the oscars, they are both great but there is an amazing difference. It takes Enya up to a yr, I have read, to do one song!! with all the xtra stuf she adds

I adore this song to death! I enjoy the most Kate Bush's version which was done for her greatest hits album, and I also think Pat Benatar's version is great. But of all the "non professional" versions on YouTube, this is my Favorite. Your voice is lovely. You perform the song with very sweet and pure emotion. Hope to hear more from you. Best wishes!
