isnt this a circle of fifhts chords proggression which is commonly used in neoclassical metal?could do a lesson show the typical neo classical arpegio sequence please which is based on circle of 5hts?
I noticed I have a problem with flicking strings accidentally when i lift my fingers sooo that string rings out and makes it sound like shit .. any tips or advice?
Great lesson Theodore!!! You Rock and Shred The Roll!!! Thumbs up for sharing your knowledge and wisdom with us...Your a First Class Teacher as well!!! God Bless Brother!!!
Thanks for the invite --I like the way you teach. You make every thing very clear and you don't take it for granted what the people watching understand. That shows your really interested in helping people learn and not showing off for your own interest. I put this one on my favorites to let people see what I mean. P.S. I'll be back for a few lessons myself. Thank you.
Did'nt think much of Allan Holdsworth, tried to listen to him,not my style.
Your music is much more up to date and more to what i like to play. I would love to hear you play the CANON ROCK song in your own style, gustavo guerra has the best version on youtube, have you ever played it or know of it
tziras im playing it over ur metronome when u do it on 60 and on 100 but on 100 i keep forget where to put my fingers and on the c major stat with fret3 and u end it on e hight on fret 8 then u back to fret 3 my finger not to long to reach fret 8 on e string its that ok i just keep treaining i will reach it? or i put my finger on fret7 is that ok?
Woooooooooooow! It is nice to see Greek bro teaching us nice stuff. Man, i am impressed, never saw better teacher online. Go on man, you are extraordinary!!!!! Greetings from Serbia!
Theodore...my idol!!! The second best shred teacher of the new millenium after Paul Gilbert!! Your alternate picking 2 I practice every night like clockwork!!! YOU RULE
I watched your other lessons around here in YouTube and read your replies regarding answering people's questions about specifics of the lesson(s). I must say that you have dedication and patience. Way to go. :-)
i think these lessons are great. i just started wathing them so idk if you already have but i would recomend introducing 3 string sweeps first for people to begin learning.
Its a good lesson, I think he explains things very well and its a good excercise. And he sweeps very fast! Though I dont think he played it perfect in 200 bpm, but it doesnt really matter, like he said: its not musical...
GREAT PLAYING, wasnt keen on the amp settings though.... :/

hey theodore i noticed a problem at my sweep picking technique..
When i do "fast sweeps " like altitudes by becker the g string rings is there a way to kind of mute it ?
And also another question if you don't mind..Have you studied classical guitar ?
dinos35 1 year ago
@dinos35
the problem is with you "Rolling finger" technique with the 2nd and 3rd finger
try to place you fingers in a way that each note will sound individually
