  • Theodore, you are inspiring...great leassons. Cheers from Argentina.

  • I noticed I have a problem with flicking strings accidentally when i lift my fingers sooo that string rings out and makes it sound like shit .. any tips or advice?

    then increase the speed...goog luck

  • Wow that was easy ! :D

  • hey theodore i noticed a problem at my sweep picking technique..

When i do "fast sweeps " like altitudes by becker the g string rings is there a way to kind of mute it ?

And also another question if you don't mind..Have you studied classical guitar ?

  • @dinos35

the problem is with you "Rolling finger" technique with the 2nd and 3rd finger

try to place you fingers in a way that each note will sound individually

  • thank you.

  • what type of pick do you use?

  • @guillotinedeath

    Dunlop Stubby 3mm

Hey, I can download the tab for this lesson, but not the backing track...is that intentional? Thanks.

  • @1KOOLRIFF

you can practice the tab over the metronome

  • @tziras Okay, thanks :) Great lesson regardless, it helped me out tremendously.

  • Great lesson Theodore!!! You Rock and Shred The Roll!!! Thumbs up for sharing your knowledge and wisdom with us...Your a First Class Teacher as well!!! God Bless Brother!!!

  • Thanks for the invite! I subscribed ;D

  • Thanks for the invite --I like the way you teach. You make every thing very clear and you don't take it for granted what the people watching understand. That shows your really interested in helping people learn and not showing off for your own interest. I put this one on my favorites to let people see what I mean. P.S. I'll be back for a few lessons myself. Thank you.

  • YOU MAKE EVERYTHING LOOK SO EASY,YOU'RE RIGHT UP THERE WITH THE BEST OF THEM (MALMSTEEN,VAI,SATRIANI) IF NOT BETTER.

HAVE YOU EVER COME ACROSS A SOLO BY AN ARTIST THAT YOU COULD'NT PLAY,JUST CURIOUS.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN PLAYING.

FAIR PLAY TO YOU FOR PUTTING UP ALL THOSE LESSONS.

HAVING LOADS OF FUN ATTEMPTING AT LEAST.

    THANKS AGAIN.

    SHANE.

    SHANE.

than you for your kind words

  • @tziras can you give example? sorry but i really cant imagine how musican with that level of technique cant play some solo ;d

  • @SeverPL

    all the Allan Holdsworth's solos

there much more important elements than technique

  • @tziras yeah i know, thanks, i'll check him out

  • @tziras

Did'nt think much of Allan Holdsworth, tried to listen to him,not my style.

Your music is much more up to date and more to what i like to play. I would love to hear you play the CANON ROCK song in your own style, gustavo guerra has the best version on youtube, have you ever played it or know of it
