  • Excellent!

  • I would watch you on Broadway as Marius. Simply amazing.

  • Better than most performances that I've ever heard of this piece. Bravo!

  • This song is deceivingly difficult. It's near impossible to not force at the "medium high" notes, so, well done!!!

  • i so wish i could sing this song as well as you... it is just very hard to keep that pitch when you are a bass singer. lol

  • You did a really good job! I would suggest however, that you don't breathe with your teeth together. There was no distracting sound, but you will get more breath support if you breathe the same way you sing; completely open. :D Keep up the singing!

  • Tenor?

  • Watch the pitch over "became their last communion." Watch breath control before the big notes.

  • @VerdantMoon good advice!

  • That's amazing. How the hell does he keep his larynx down at the High G. Wtf

  • How can you smile while singing this?! All through like the first minute. Especially at 0:53, that little cabaret grin/arm thing. But then the ending was fabulous, keep that emotion through it all!

  • @FlawsyAZ the idea is hes reminiscing about his friends. when he thinks about them and the good things they did he gets happy.. but then he remembers they're dead and gets sad

  • @eddemirermusic thats a very simplistic view, it's a fair point though. he looks back, but only a couple of lines are reminiscing a positive, happier time. the rest is all the tragic irony - Marius is broken apart by the thought of him being the last one of his friends alive. theres one line which could be sung with a sad smile, possibly, watch the michael ball version.

  • an angel!!!!!!

  • Ben Farmer goes to my church. He is a great guy. Great job ben!

  • i few notes seemed to be the harmonies of the notes in the arrangement i'm used to so that kind of confused me

but nice performance, i would describe this as happily aggressive, but i understand that you have to perform for a certain audience... if on stage this would definitely have to be more, well 'miserable'

  • good job but need to keep the shoulders down at all times. a little off pitch at times but over all very good.

  • i find it funny that in the song, Marius is mourning the death of his friends. ALL of his friends. and the whole beginning of the song, you were smiling. hmm. nice job though.

  • pitch issues. and whats with the whole thing with the head going from side to side?

  • wow great job!

  • You are little off Pitch at some times in the song. you are not that high as the song is, though you fix it nice. and this is one off the better versions I have found so far.

  • Video kept going out of sync sadly but the singing itself was pretty amazing, the only performance of this song I've ever heard which can even begin to think about rivalling Michael Ball's singing-wise. Emotion-wise, it was even better. Good job.

  • freaking amazing!!

  • Your Amazing Farmer!

  • Absolutely flawless. You are amazing.

  • Very nicely done...there are some pitch issues here and there through out the piece, but nothing that would majorly ruin the whole song...all in all, very nicely done...
