Shit was pretty dope son, only had a few slight issues with it as a whole. That intro killed me...not really a fan of it. From the pitch dropped whisper main dialog to the background vocals in the second half of it. Your vocals are beast once the song actually kicked in though, and i really dig the whole gallop vocals in the post chorus. You and KillrBuckeye make a great combo, keep it metal brother.

these vocals work really well with the song, I wish we could hear the lyrics with more clarity, like with a different recording program. Like when you listen to one of your favorite bands really early stuff, and you think this is awesome but better production resources would make it even better, its not a diss at all, just an observation. these vocals work really well with the song, I wish we could hear the lyrics with more clarity, like with a different recording program. Like when you listen to one of your favorite bands really early stuff, and you think this is awesome but better production resources would make it even better, its not a diss at all, just an observation. This is sick and I love the vocals, congrats man.

@robbietrevinox thanks a lot dude. but yes you are totally right. this was my 2nd ever recording with mine and my buddys home studio. the first song (arrival) is even worse quality lol. but ever since this song the rising, i have gotten better equijpment and figured out better methods and software as you mentioned. so any song AFTER this is much better quality. check out my band "beneath the hollow!"

Accept them and thank them because its only in your best interest, honestly I didnt dig the intro vocals with the ahhhhhh cause it sounded like you were about to take it into a different direction but the screams and the rest is good. the 1:54 part though doesnt sound good because the guitar harmony is covered by your vox, but it sounds pretty good

i also thought that there was too much screaming for it to be metalcore....metalcore doesnt just have cleans in the beginning or at the end.... it all in the song ...listen to killswitch engage....they put cleans all over....this was more of screamo metal than metalcore.....great guitarist ...not so great vocalist..
