donno. he got defeated in the first movie, but in the prequel, the decepticons founda way to restart a spark. so all the decepticons are back. and seymore simmons (sector seven guy) stole ferenzy and rebuilt him 2 find out how 2 destoy a decepticon or autobot completely. he got fired and works at his mother's deli. he lives in an apartment and is doing stuff in secret.
