  • Are u gay Not cool I made a better one

  • coolllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll

  • How much did u spend on all tht duck tape??

  • How did you guys actually make the actual dresses?

  • did u use a maniquin? i dont have 1 and all i had was well myself and i couldn't make that.....upper....if u know what i mean lol

  • @KleeD813 We didn't use a mannequin; we formed the dresses around each other. I would suggest doing the project with someone else. It's more fun. Especially with such a small amount of time left until your Prom. (If you are not a Senior, or if you have a friend who will still be in high school, I would suggest you find a good friend and start on the clothes for next Prom.... that way it can be amazing, fun, and really detailed. Better chances of winning.)

  • Im not gonna make a prom dress (yet) but I want to make a duct tape outfit and wear it to the mall

    I'm psyched!!!!!

  • Can you tell me how many rolls of duct tape you used?

  • @ThisThaiGirl : If I remember correctly, about 70 rolls of duct tape, 11 different colors all together (I think), 3 months to design, 6 months to construct. It's PURELY duct tape (with wire to hold the feathers up or in the train). No clothes.

  • are u to gay

  • How did you make the skirts, i always seem to get messed up at that part!

  • How did you, make the skirts? I always seem to be stuck at that part in the dress

  • @musicismylife2253 : Place strips of duct tape on a flat surface, sticky side up, and slowly and gently place more strips on top, sticky side down. Then you've made what looks like a huge piece of duct tape paper. Set it against your body and cut in certain spots that need shaping and create a "dart" out of the duct tape fabric, holding it together with more pieces of duct tape. DO NOT MACHINE SEW DUCT TAPE. EVER. It will ruin your machine! Use duct tape and it should be fine.

  • i love to duct tape!!

  • talented girls

  • Beautiful work!

    Thanks for sharing!

  • love your music selection. Veggie Rocks and Roper = awesomeness!!!! you make me proud to be such a big fan of duct tape.

  • And don't forget to vote this year! My favourites are 179 and 252. Which ones are yours? And you can vote once for each email account EACH DAY!! Woot! :)

  • How did you get all the awesome duck tape?? I live in britain, we're too boring to have cool colours!! :P

  • @hyperdot1029 : We bought most of it online. Duck Brand didn't have ALL the colors we wanted. I forget where online... something with "monster" in the name.

  • I have never seen anyone spell lizz with two z's cause i do. LOL

  • how did you get your dresses on and off?

I'm sure that seems like a dumb question, but I'm honestly curious I swear

  • We taped ourselves into it. It took quite a few people to actually get prepared for Prom, but still just the two of us to create them.

I would definitely do it again if I ever had the chance. Why, oh why, did I have to graduate?? :)

  • @Lizz4Him so is it like you can never wear it again?, my daughter is trying to get me to help her make one for the valentines dance...cute music:)

  • You girls are amazing designers!

  • great idea and this is so couregous ... the good thing is that you worked together and helped each other ... oh when I made my duct tape dress form I was all alone and then I got help from my cousen .... I'm so sad so keep it together

  • GO DUCT TAPE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • You guys are just like two of my friends, Ashley and Prairee! Rock on Duct Tape!

  • My date for prom and I are doing Stuck at Prom and now I know to remember that wax paper will be my friend!!! Plus I love Madame Bluberry and Roper!!!! YAY DUCT TAPE!!!!!!!

  • while I was watching your video I realized that making detailed things would be a whole lot easier if you do it on wax paper, Thanks for the tip! I'm off to go work on some new duct tape stuff! I bought a bunch of chrome and black duct tape and want to make a pinstripe suite this is going to be great! I think I'll make a video of me making it eventually... assuming I get around to actually doing it.

  • Please, let me know how that goes... I want to see pictures. And, yes, wax paper works wonders, but DO NOT LEAVE IT OVERNIGHT!! It will never come off the paper if you leave it on longer than a few hours. We learned that the hard way.

  • Where did you get the song? I know it so well i was mouthing along with ALL the words! ;)

  • the first song is a free download. the second one is madame bluebery called veggie rock.
