Windows 95 running on Nokia E51 symbian S60 3rd Edition FP1

I have newest dosbox for s60 build and it won't even boot, I set memsize=8 and later 16 and still nothing. I have dosbox.conf in c:\data and e:\data (I didn't know where to put). is this a good folder or is something wrong with my phone?

when i start dosbox there is something written 'booting from driver c' i wait till 15min but nothing happen pls tell how much i have to wait? My sd free memory is 210mb

Sorry, i i thought that nokia n 95 classic and n95 8 GB have got 64 MB of ram :)
