Can you trigger this flash wirelessly using the cameras pop-up flash?

@AlecWub No, but you can if you put a wireless reciever on it, (and ofcoarse a transmitter on the camera.)

@hash342 By so far I don't know, yet, but for a 430EX II you could use a Speedlite 580EX (II), for slave, but there are more ways to flash wireless.

@vvbasvv Nou als ik erg critisch moet zijn niet, maar het is wel een goede, maar ik zie dat bij de meeste mensen minder dan 2 maanden het apparaat kapot is.

Dus het is geen aanrader, deze van mij was na 2 dagen al kapot, als u écht een goede flitser wilt voor uw Canon camera, zou ik minstens de Speedlite 430 EXII nemen, (die ik al 2> maanden heb).

bought this for my Canon T1i and it stopped flashing after ONE week.

it turns on and powers up but doesnt fire...

@itsGino08 I got it too and it was broken in a day too, maybe this was the cause:

I walked with it in the rain, flashed very many times on full power, ect...

I said it is a good one, but it is not the best one.

btw, did you read the manual, ect.

And I also dindn't read it before using.

@DavidCBSF Sorry, but I just wanted to say its a good compact flash, enough for a upgrade from the internal flash.

Nice flash! I find using an external flash to be very useful when photographing partys and other indoor events. Bouncing it on the ceiling gives a very nice soft lighting effect.

@Alex1M6 Thanks! Thats the reason why I buyed this flash ->Bouncing it on the ceiling.

The internal flash doens'nt have a flash to bounce it on the ceiling. Thats why I buyed a external flash.

Do you have a external flash?
