Japan always get the better games than the USA. When its made in Japan they get special edition. Its been going on since the NES 8-bit era. Where have you Been? Square always screws the US. The only time they didn't screw us was Final Fantasy 7. We get extra bosses, but once they got there money it was like lets give Japan extra more stuff than the USA. There are way to many games that never make it over here. Even to this day.

It's not exactly a Final Fantasy XIII Special Edition, it's a FF7: Advent Children Complete Special Edition PS3 and the FF6:ACC comes with a demo of FFXIII, but Square might make a Special Edition PS3 bundle for Final Fantasy XIII when the game is finally released.
