Video sounds good but after you get their phone you will discover that customer service cannot seem to know how to do anything right. You cannot set up voicemail or wife or child cannot call you from home. I am going to Safelink where people know what they are doing. Safelink offers 250 minutes; not 71 minutes. Go with Safelink and you won't be sorry!!

ALSO VM ARE SCAMMING THE PROGRAM USING AGGESSIVE MEANS TO DPLE PEOPLE WHO ARE GETTING A PHONE THIS ISNT A FREE THING IT IS PAID FRU A SPECIAL PROGRAM AND ABUSING IT IS WRONG VIRGIN MOBILE IS BEING PAID FOR THIS SO THEY DONT DERVE A METAL

people yes the phone is free but this company SUCKS SO BAD, JUST GO TO TRACT PHONE SAME FREE DEAL , CAN DO APPLICATION QUICKLY ON LINE AND HAVE PHONE IN LESS THE 5 BUISNESS DAYS, I HAVE BOTH AND I AM TRYING TO CANCEL THE VM PHONE BEEN ON THE PHONE NOW 1 HOUR GETTING NOWHERE, SERIOUSLY I HAD TO TELL HER HOW TO USE HER OWN COMPUTER THAT SHE WAS SITTING IN FRONT OF, JUST SO CRAZY

@TheHAMMER77777 we have had a hard time getting the message function set up and the phones are not very nice just a badic phone, customer service call center is very poor. i wanted to get this companybecause i wanted to use my older vm phone but after much trying i was finally told wont support, dont get me wrong i love lover virgin mobile best cell phone company ever , one short coming with virgin mobile dont always have latest phones, but they are getting better

Assurance sucks. I got their phone two months ago and activated it. When I tried to make a call I got prompted that I needed to activate the phone. Called Assurance & they activated it & I was able to make two calls. Next time I tried to call out, got prompted that the phone wasn't activated AGAIN & had to call them back. They activated the phone AGAIN. Well, still can't call out & on top of that Assurance docked me for 40 minutes for calls made to THEM! Avoid Assurance & get Safelink!

i work in the healthcare field and alot ofthe people who are ordering these phones dont need them this one guy is a paying us cellular customer he also has a home phone and has a safelink phone and just got a safelink wireless and it pisses me off who the hell needs 4 phones especiallly at the age of 66! some folks are just greedy and it makes it bad for the folks that really need this service im outraged to say the least

THis is some major garbage. I have used Virgin mobile for 3 years and have NEVER received a discount, much less a free phone and free minutes. I want to know what Virgin plans to do for its paying customers! I am borderline outraged to hear that they are giving out free phones when they weren't even willing to reimburse me the minutes their stupid phone said I used but NEVER DID! Not cool Virgin. You have one (probably a lot more) angry customer!!!
