You guys, I was watching this late at night and had this strange feeling come over me. They say a song of the heart is like a prayer right? I know Heavenly Father is so proud of you guys for doing this. I can't help but to feel him smiling when one of his children gains comfort and inspiration from this version of the song you made. God bless
You're Awesome! I love this arrangement is there anyway I can get a copy of this song with the chords where they are suppose to be played and the fingering of the chords? I'm fairly new at playing the guitar and I know A F G C chords but I don't know if they're minor, magor or open I haven't learned those term even though I can play a lot of songs. Thanks
The guitarist's name is Chris and he's serving in Lima, Peru. I don't know anything about music, let along playing the guitar but he did leave the chords:
My wife wanted me to mention that she also loved it and she is going to have the kids watch it and send links to all or her friends. She teaches primary and it is her favorite primary song. She was also wondering if you'd thought about doing "A Poor Wayfaring Man of Grief". Thanks.
That is such great news thanks so much! I'm super busy with school but I will definitely look into it. Do you have a link to this particular hymn so i can hear it?
This rendition of the hymn is from the movie "New York Doll", a documentary about Arthur "Killer" Kane, the bass player for the band New York Dolls who joined the LDS church later in his life.
Fantastic Job! I just subscribed in hopes you'll do more. I'm an atheist but I attend the LDS church with my wife and sons most sundays and this is by far the best hymn I've ever heard. I'd pay for a recording of this.

Capo on 2nd fret Chords are
A Minor - F Major or Open F - Open G - Open C
Hopefully that helps.

It doesn't seem to let me post the link but if you search for "Buster Poindexter of the New York Dolls sings" you should find it. Thanks.
