This is REALLY good! Great soloist, and pretty girls. This sounds like a difficult arrangement too.

But just for constructive criticism, the tempo is too slow, and no one is dancing or getting into the music, which makes it kinda boring to watch.

Most of the chords and harmonies - especially in the chorus - are pretty, but at 0:13, 3:37, 3:47, and 3:52 it's too dissonant. It almost sounded off key there. Overall this is very good though!!
