I say you should put the seizer warning in the TITLE, not in the description. That way, peopl who have seizures will know not to watch this. Great video, though!
I always wondered if Tony Conrad would have liked flicker to be done with digital technology. The copy I saw was quite worn out and it gave the film a warm aura. Your film should be seen on a full screen with 25 frames a second to get the full effect. In youtube it looks like a color exercise.
I'll take that as a compliment (mostly because you mention Tony Conrad...even though I made this before I saw any of his films...I was thinking more of Paul Sharits).
But actually this is a digital version of a 16mm film. If you would like to see the original please get me in touch with any experimental friendly cinemas in your vicinity and I would be more then happy to work something out and include as many other new wonderful filmmakers as well.
I managed 16 seconds of this then cold chills and funny feeling in stomach.Hope it's normal.
