  • lol at the end of the video, it took you 2 years to get flares. this is my second year of flares and i can do around 5. the second and third flare looks the cleanest.

  • Hey I'm in the stage that I can do about 3-4 flares, but my form is pretty ugly and I'm afraid i'll be practicing it the wrong way. When I'm in the front my legs are pretty straight but when I sweep my left leg under the right leg (I rotate the same way as you) it gets bend so when I'm in the back i'm having like this ufo form with bent legs. How do I train this the right way? Do I just force the form or is there away to kick my leg? Thanks in advance.

  • @LawkSam Honestly its up to you, If you want to risk losing the numbers but focus on the form than you could do that or you could just force it and work on your flare from there and at the end focus on form, It's up to you rather you want the numbers or the beauty, When I started I just worked on the form but its up to you

  • i got a problem when i sweep my legs in the beggining my left legs go up and then my right legs sweep under it goes up also but then i just fall i cant get to the point when im on two hands and my legs are in a v
