Haha. I can sing Down With The Sickness extremely well but I don't think I'd get very far on American Idol. If I took some professional singing lessons and had a place where I could really practice I might be able to get good enough but not right now.

I have 2 of this song without the music. One, the music is too low and it's not that good but the other one, I did in my dad's sound studio and he took out Davids voice so all you can hear is mine. Just go to my channel and click on the video that has "The Sickness" logo as the picture.

Then go to my channel and listen to the newest down with the sickness. It's done in a studio and you can't hear the singer. Also my other down with the sickness "my best dwts" is good too. This one is the lowest quality sound of all the videos I have. This was also my very first one so I've gotten better since.

There is no reason not to go there when it's true. Although, me doing one take isn't exactly a fair comparison to him on stage because he would have probably already done several songs and he's on tour so he's trying to conserve his voice. That withstanding though, my growls are better. Davids voice is more melodic and on any other song he's got me by a lot. DwtS however...I'm not so sure.

Look, I'm very sorry that you're stupid. I wish stupid people didn't exist. They screw up the world with their irrational bullshit, religion, nonsensical fears, absurd ideologies ect. The fact remains though, literally EVERY other person who has commented on this video has given me positive reviews. Most of them are things like "Wow that was amazing". The fact that I could sing it THIS will, while smoking a cig and really just fucking around IS amazing. Also, I've gotten better

You're opinion on my ability isn't even the point here. It's you saying, "you seriously need to be put down". That's an absurd thing to say. Have you nothing better to do than try to insult people? If you think someone isn't good than say something constructive. Tell them they need to work on something. Telling them that they should DIE because you don't like how they sing is ridiculous. And who says I'm relying on anything? I sing for fun by the way. I haven't really put any effort into "making it" as a singer. I was in a band briefly (because a drummer heard me sing and asked ME if I wanted to be in his band. The guitarist ended up having problems with the drummer and then he decided he didn't want to do it anymore. All the equipment is at the guitarists house so that pretty much is that. I don't care though...I'm a lot more into writing.

1. I'm 25... do some research. David Draimen was 27 when the Sickness came out. Therefore I still have two years to "make it big" at the same age that he did. Not that it really matters I'm just saying...there are a lot of people who are talented who are not famous...most of them never become famous. It's a lot about who you know and how hard you work at it.

2. I don't really write lyrics. When I say I'm a writer I mean I've written 3 books that I'm trying to publish.

And I don't think I'm as good a singer as David Draiman. He's had professional training for one thing. I just said I can sing Down with the Sickness as well or better than he can. I later qualified that by saying that comparing myself in a studio version to him live isn't fair due to him needing to conserve his voice ect. However, I do think that some parts of my newest one that I haven't posted yet are BETTER than the studio version of Down with the Sickness.

Wow these responses have boosted my ego. I think people are being unfairly complimentary. There were some highlights, from the last ohwa a a a to the end was awesome except that I botched the final line, but there were some mistakes. I know I can do a lot better. Thanks for all the positive feedback though. It made me feel really good. I also need a better microphone. The screams were actually CLOSER to what they should sound like than they came across.
