  • Why was the alarm going off when Mr Smith entered the house? Why did the alarm get lounder when she pressed the Panic button? What if you do not want the alarm to sound when you have a medical emergency?

  • Hi MOconnorclan – Thanks for joining us on YouTube! These are former Brinks/Broadview customers who had a life threatening emergency and used their keypad to notify rescuers. The call went to the ADT Knoxville CMC, formerly a Brinks/Broadview call center, where an ADT employee made the call to rescuers.
