@alfaandomega1 Guarana contains about twice the caffeine of coffee. I buy Guarana powder regularly. I like it. There are many energy drinks that contain Guarana Seed Extract, such as Bawls and Guru, if you don't want to mix it yourself. Even Starbucks uses it in their canned energy drinks. I prefer to mix it myself though. I don't like the other crap they add to most drinks--all the processed sugar (high fructose corn syrup), or worse, artificial sugar (Sucrulose, etc--YUCK!!)

That thing is serious shit, stronger than all of todays energy drinks.
