Is having a locomotive at the rear pushing on flat land becoming standard procedure? Is this due to some innovation in remote operation? Changes to union work rules?
@ArtStone Lot of magazine articles on this subject, basically helps with overall acceleration, braking, fuel efficiency, ect. called DPU or Distributed Power Units, more and more trains seem to be running them.
