thanks a lot. this solved my problem. i was connected to the internet but the old internet explorer would not allow me to do anything. i called net gear and they wanted me to purchase a years worth of tech. support for a hundred dollars. they told me that my ip address was not configured, it turns out that i had a bad copy of IE, that was my problem all along. thanks for posting this video.

What if u even cant open ur internet explorer idiut -.-' For me it says. "An unhandled exception occurred in 3rd party module and will be closed. You may send an automatic report created to development centre for further investigation. Sorry for any inconvenience caused." then three button options "Send Report" "Save Report" & "Cancel" If u can help me with that ur pro ^^

i can't open IE7 when i click the icon it makes a shortcut and when i click start the internet 7 it opens and closes
